INTRODUCTION
Nursing ethics refers to the various principles that linked with the medical ethics which
are beneficence, non-maleficence. These ethics are generally applied in disciplines which
accounts the moral aspects of the nursing practice, they are the subset of the health care code of
conducts. Reason behind selecting this topic is to know its importance for the nursing degree and
for the student nurse who transit into the registered nurse (Bijani, Tehranineshat and
Torabizadeh, 2019). As nursing ethics helps in avoiding any mistakes which leads to medical
malpractice, also it enables the nurses to easily manage the difficult situation and these
guidelines also give them a moral compass to carry out their job properly and fairly, these ethical
guidelines also helps in encouraging the level of care. As nursing ethics leads the nurses to
identify the healthcare dilemmas and to make the good decisions on the basis of the values that
also adheres the laws and regulation. Following report will be going to discuss the nursing ethics
topic and its importance for the student who graduated and transit into the registered nurse. Main
purpose of this presentation is to learn about the laws and policies that comprises with the
nursing. In this presentation my role is registered nursing.

Ethics have been globally recognized as a fundamental part of the work that has been
performed by nurses. However, the ethical questions that has been faced by most of the nurses in
their work range or within the work premises includes various clinical issues that has been faced
by them on regular basis with their patients. In addition to this, ethical questions have been raised
about the combination and collective work with their peers and colleagues as well as with other
professionals (Jia and et.al., 2021). From various research, it has been evaluated that ethical
questions that have been raised creates high volume and moral distress that nurses experience
into their practices among the care centres. This includes activities which requires handling the
burden related to ethical nursing values of good individual care with the external practical values
of productive, effective and economical practices. hence, the nurses have to manage ethical
questions and issues over daily basis on an individual level, and also required to create
professional perception which involves sharing of goals as well as work related values.
