This e-poster project, completed by a nursing student, examines the complex relationship between therapeutic lifestyle changes and hypertension, specifically addressing the impact on coronary heart disease. The poster includes an introduction, a discussion of arguments both for and against the benefits of lifestyle modifications, and a summary of the team's conclusions. The arguments are supported by references to current research, including studies by Beam et al., Malhotra, Redberg and Meier, and Ramsden et al. The project explores the risk factors associated with coronary heart disease, such as plaque formation, and considers the healthcare implications of dietary changes, particularly the reduction of fat and sugar intake. The e-poster also evaluates the potential risks and benefits of these interventions, considering the impact on patient safety and quality of care. The project concludes with a summary of the team's findings and recommendations based on the evidence presented.
