Mr Vivek Sasi enjoys physical activities and participate in various form of exercise. Many times,
he uses to spend time drawing or often appearing towards nature. Such phenomena can be
termed as psychotic phenomena (Ebert et al. 2015). The urgency of managing the patients with
importance to their mental behaviours can be quite difficult and disturbing sometimes.

This study talks about Vinod Sasi and his activities. He is stated to be a patient
experiencing deliriums and having an aggressive nature Vinod Sasi is the victim in the study
who has been reported to have previous psychiatric symptoms, forensic and criminal history,
alcohol and drug histories including exposure to methamphetamine and cannabis. This patient
was said to have been experiencing paranoia, and delusion contents in speeches, drawing bizarre
reproductive organs and other delirium related problems. Vinod Sasi has been reported to have
associated with criminal issues which included assault and ultimately being called for court. He
performs most daily activities after attending OCTEC with OT. His daily activities did not add

Vinod Sasi was lifted from his properly due to abuse and aggression. No documented significant

treatment. His behaviour varied with the change in healthcare institutions. His father was
reported to be admitted to a mental hospital and was a patient of bipolar surgery. Vinod Sasi was
said to have been diagnosed with ADHD (Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) during his
childhood. He also responded well towards the medicine and got cured for the time. Later he is
stated to have been admitted to a rehabilitation programme for treatment by his sister. This
decision taken by his sister was affirmed to be as a welfare plan for the treatment of his brother.
