Clinical Practice refers to the international standard of ethical and scientific quality which
is use for plan, conduct, execution, observation, auditing, recording, evaluate and coverage
of clinical practices (Doody and Doody, 2012). There are various professional nursing issues are
arise within clinic or hospital due to which leader has to adopt leadership practices so that they
can resolve the issues effectively. It is also adopted to protect rights, integrity as well as privacy
of particular practices or function. This report contain information regarding personal attributes
which is required for a leadership as well as ability to manager professional issues within clinical
workplace.
MAIN BODY
Leadership refers to ability of a person or a group which help them in guiding and
resolving issues within an organization (Drennan, 2012). By adopting effective leadership an
organization's leader develop appropriate strategies which help them in attaining their goal as
well as objectives in appropriate manner. Leadership is also essential for proper clinical practices
through which they able to conduct their professional activities effectively which leads to
treatment of patients properly. It can be further understand by article which is related to quality
of leader required in the hospitality field. There are various type of leadership quality which
helps them in dealing with clinical issues and developing interpersonal relationship within a
workplace. Some of the major quality which are required for operate clinic are humility-
according to this leader who is working in respective sector must be humble so that they listen to
their employees as well as patients in effective manner in order to understand their issues and

next quality is strategic planning it means leader must have skill of effective strategic planning
so that they able to develop plan effectively even in urgent situation or condition. There are
many other qualities which are required in an effective leader such as communication and

successfully (Grossman and Valiga, 2016).

them for work they are doing. Along with this it is essential for a leader to motivate them; this
will lead to improvisation in their performance which will make it easy to attain clinical
objectives and goals (Huber, 2013). Furthermore, it will also provide satisfaction to their patients
as they will be treated in well specified manner.

It is essential that leader must design various strategies by which they assist employees to
work as per required standards so that quality of services is not compromised. Leader is
important part here as they are the one who shows roadmap to all employees and answer to
queries asked by them as well as patients. This means that leader must communicate with all so
