This report details a prospective, quantitative study investigating the relationship between lifestyle factors, specifically physical activity and dietary intake, and the prevalence of diabetes in a New Zealand population aged 35-60 years. The study aims to understand the impact of lifestyle on diabetes onset and to recommend strategies for mitigating the condition. The methodology includes surveys using the Global Physical Activity Questionnaire and Eating Habits Questionnaire, with a sample of 100 diabetic respondents.
