Nursing Problems
There are clinical issues that are selected for inquiry that are found in nursing particles
and others deal with modalities of care in patients. The cares include, support, preventing trauma,
health screening, comfort and health care coordination (Zimmer, Watson & Treat., 1984). There
are some factors that are considered when deciding problem in nursing that are researched which
are personal interest and the scientific factors.
The problems in nursing are studied because they historically qualify nurses in studying
all problems affecting their profession. The issues include regulation and shortage of nurses in
hospital. When studying this problem one should be specialized in the field of nursing. Studying
nursing issue is like studying real life and hand experience (Hammond, Kelly, Schneider &
Vancini., 1966). They help student in nursing to work with many types of patients in the hospital.
History examined in nursing enables nurses appreciates their roles in health care system. Nurses
do researches in issues they study so that they can improve their skills when they are in the
hospital dealing with their patients.
The figure below is a child in the Neonatal Intensive Care (NIC) for 2 months. There are
alarms in which affect undue stress in patients. The nurses have the responsibility to take good
care of the patients in case anything happens while the patients are still in the NIC.
Conclusion
Nurses in the hospital also have issues with machines and equipments they use basing on
the population of people in the hospital. In hospital children are treated fast compared to the
parents when we compare the time they spent in the hospital. The study of the nursing issue has
improved nurses in the hospital when they handle patients.
