INTRODUCTION
The concept of public well-being care nursing is typically a practice of both protecting
and promoting the well-being of population by utilising the information or knowledge from
social, nursing as well as the public well-being sciences. It is mainly a systematic process
through which all the health as well as well-being care requirements of every people are being
accessed to determine individual, group of peoples or across population who are generally
benefited from well-being promotions or the people who are actually at a greater risk of
developing any injury, disease, disability or the early deaths also. The report will cover values,
theories and the principles of public well-being and the political, social and an economic factors
that effectively identifies the well-being status and its disparities within population. There is a
chosen health issue which is Dementia among old age that can affect adult's life more
progressively. The report will also cover various difficulties faced by care nurses while providing
care services to Dementia patients (Ahmad, Islam and Saleem, 2019).

The topic “Public well-being care nurse” generally designates a care nursing professional
having an educational preparation in the public well-being and the nursing science with a basic
concentration on the outcomes across population. In this, the basic aim of nursing profession or
care nurses is to promote the well-being and effectively prevent illness within country and across
globe. While talking about values, care nurses generally involve its core values such as
autonomy, integrity, dignity, honesty and a social justice. These all are specifically a source in
nursing profession to effectively promote an ethical competencies within clinical settings as well
as can efficiently dealing with ethical concerns in present era. In this, values are particularly the
beliefs and goals which founded a behavior and can give a platform for making decisions. In a
nursing profession, values are generally the standards for action which are specifically preferred
by care professionals or physicians and can efficiently founded a framework for evaluating
particular behaviors. In this, the public well-being practices are mainly based on the principle
such as fairness, empowerment, evidence based practices and many more. In a concept of
timeless principle, evidence based practice is generally considered as a best option while
managing the well-being (Brunetto, Dick, Xerri and Cully, 2020). It can enable the decisions to

be made based on informations from various research studies that are generally based on set of
illustrations which can give a hierarchy of quality of informations. The steps involved in
evidence based practices, which the care professionals or care workers generally use in order to
ensure that everything that they are doing is effectively based on evidences. In UK, National
Health Services evidence for health and social care websites generally give an easy one stop
access towards evidence based practice libraries like NICE (National Institute for Health Clinical
Excellence) evidence based guidelines as well as ways and a well-being technology assessments.
In context with Dementia patients, it is a duty of care nurse to fulfil all the needs of patients who
are generally suffering from dementia. Having evidence based practices can give convincing
informations in order to encourage the use of occupational therapy as an intervention to keep
functioning within community people with dementia. The evidence based practices can also
exhibit that such interventions can enhance the care providers impact, reduces burden as well as
can enhances the feelings of self-efficacy (Dementia 4: the nurse’s role in caring for people with

Political, social and economic element identifies well-being status and its disparities.
The factors that are associated with socio-economic status can generally affect the health
status of an individual such as low education, low income, lack of physical activity, excessive
alcohol intake, increasing prevalence of smoking and many more. These all such factors can
negative impact over health of an individual. In context with political factors, public policy and
economics are generally an essential determinants of people's well-being. In this, the countries
with social democratic authorities generally involve greater public spendings, can reduce the
income disparities across population can specifically involve people with great well-being. On
the other hand, well-being is mainly impacted by various other factors that can be organized into
five wide components and are called as the determinants of well-being. These are such as
environmental factors, behavioral concept, genetics, social factors, medical care and so on. And,
these such components are inter-associated with each other.
