Nurse philosophy
This personal statement where nurse have the reflection on level of belief regarding the
professionals along with standards the hopes to maintain working careers. This is the statement

Reflective
Description
In order to make the proper level of understanding regarding the person centre care approach
have significantly made me curious to create the better level of understandability regarding the
aspect. So, I have the selected the article Patient-centred care in healthcare and its
implementation in nursing. The have been the inclusion of range of activities which are such as
working with the beliefs and values of patient, engagement, empathetic presence, shared decision
making, and delivery of holistic care.
Feelings
As per the article, I have realized that’s the person centre care approach is the significant aspects
which emerged as the primary level of approach to the health of patients. In the aspect of
description, the approach to have improving their quality as there have the inclusion if the
concept of complexities as per the implementation in practices. I have felt the little confuse over
different for to which this system can be attributed to the healthcare system to have improvement
