NURSING 2
Introduction
Being a nurse is a profession which requires one to be able to utilize not only the
knowledge attained in a particular course but also various skills which the person portray (Jan &
Sonya, 2014). For example, working as a medical administrator require one to use the knowledge
he/she attained from this course and also skills such as the ability to install hope in patients,
being able to communicate well and the ability to follow instructions and guidelines. Although
these skills are crucial, it is not everyone who portray them and this is the reason why even with
proper training, it becomes hard for some of the medical administrators to offer services in a
manner which can make patients to attain clinical benefits.
Feelings
According to Natalie (2017), medical administrators have the duty to ensure that
medicine is administered in a manner which can make a patient to realize clinical benefits. Being
in a nursing course, I feel that it is important to ensure patients are given high quality services to
make them feel full satisfaction. I also feel that being a medical administrator, it is crucial to
understand the importance of doing the right thing, especially when administering medicine
because a slight mistake can lead to far-reaching effects.
I am also feeling that making use of the opportunities I have like, for example, the use of
practical and theoretical lasses which I undergo is crucial for me to enhance my skills because
being in a medical field, focusing on medical administrator needs one to portray a high level of
knowledge. I also feel that it is essential to work closely with other professionals especially
during placement to enhance my skills.

Evaluation
After evaluating my capabilities and knowledge in this field, I feel that the knowledge I
have attained in this course will make me practice my career in the right manner. For example, as
Emily (2012), a good nurse is the one who focuses on ensuring that he/she brings joy to as many
patients as possible through giving high quality services, I feel that I have good knowledge and
ambitions that will make me bring smiles to the people I shall serve through making them feel
better.
I also feel that because there has been various issues where patients’ lives are put in
danger through being attended by wrong medical administrators, I feel that theoretical and
practical courses which I have undergone through this course shall be essential in bringing a
difference, especially through identifying and addressing issues which make patients not to attain
proper medical administration.
According to Erin (2012), medical administration is an area where the practitioner needs
to not only serve patients but also to show them hopes that the medical interventions will help
them feel better. With the proper interpersonal skills and ability to make others realize there are
solutions for everything, I shall be able to make my patients feel that sickness is not the end of
everything.
Although I have various skills that I can use to make me attain the best in medical
administration, there are some that I lack and therefore I need to enhance them. According to
Keith (2013), good communication skills are crucial for medical administrators because it makes
them to communicate with customers in a manner which can make them understand their needs.
Because I do not portray this skills, I will need to use various strategies to ensure I enhance them.

Analysis
From my analyzing by knowledge in medical administration I feel there is hope that I
shall achieve my professional goals by serving patients to satisfaction. According to Donna
(2018), medical administration serves an integral role in the provision of medical services and
therefore it is crucial for people who work in this area to ensure they are keen in whatever they
do. Considering the fact that I pay attention to instructions, I shall be able to follow guidelines
provided by other medical practitioners especially those who are above me.
Conclusion
By evaluating myself, I feel that the knowledge I have attained from this course will
enable me to serve patients in the manner which can make them feel a high level of satisfaction.
Being a medical administrator, one should follow all guidelines and instructions given by
physicians and other medical practitioners to ensure that he/she administers medication in the
manner which can make patients realize clinical benefits. Therefore, I shall always ensure that I
work closely with my team and use various skills that I have to ensure my patients are great
hopes for recovery.
Action plan.
Being still a student, I plan to continue striving for the best to ensure that I acquire proper
knowledge that shall enable me to attain my professional ambitions. I also plan to develop some
of the essential skills that are essential in this profession such as communication skills to ensure
that I do not have anything which can prevent me from doing what I feel is best.
