SMART GOALS
Specific: In this the goal is to provide the effective and quality-based service that is related with
the support and care. Moreover, it is necessary to accomplish the goal because as a nursing
student it is role and responsibilities within the healthcare setting to provide quality of health and
care. In addition to this, goals are important because the nursing student is usually providing
support and care to the number of patients at the same time (Bibri, 2021). They have main aim is
to admitting diagnosis, past history evaluation, medication, communication and interaction,
nursing intervention, plan of care, elaborate patient safety in nursing interventions.
Measurable: The goal takes longer time in order to make this equivalent that is focus on the
different aspect which is provide beneficial aspect for the patient. In addition to this, the skill and
knowledge take longer time to pursue and their implementation is also focus on the different
aspect which follow the context of prolong time. The goal accomplished with the support of team
work that include friend, teacher and other who play vital role in the completion of goal.
Therefore, the proper examination of the activities and the objective is analysing with the
placement cell to make them more effective (Documét, Louth, del Rosario Christophersen, and
Ross, 2019). The communication and intervention which is based on the nursing intervention
which is associated with diagnosis, treatment and medication.
Attainable: In order to achieve the goal, it is important to follow the concept and the role which
is beneficial and provide support while progressing of the step towards the goals. The developed
skill and knowledge within the nursing help to provide support and care to the number of people
which preliminary function for the everyone. In addition to this, the goals are realistic and used
to pursue for the longer period and it may endless because the quality of health service is
required by every patient and it is endless aspect which is usually followed within the nursing. In
order to achieve their core fraction that is based on the diabolical structure that require potential
and function which is supervise with the help of skill and knowledge (Emekci, 2022).
Relevant: As a nursing student, the skill and knowledge is major tool in order to serve the
patient. The support and care is the major requirement of the patient and skill is worthy in order
to provide such service which develop resilience and wellbeing among the patient. It is right time
to create some pf the aspect which is followed and play situational factor for the completion of
goals. The knowledge and skill which may create positive impact within the healthcare setting as
a nurse is knowledge of diagnosis, treatment, pharmacological intervention and non-

and care.
Time-based: As nursing student, the concept based on the theory and description is clear but the
practical knowledge and skill take some time which may be month. Moreover, for the goal
accomplishment the six month is sufficient in order to understand the interaction and
communication with the others patient and other take 11 month to 12 months (Mekuria, Sernani,
Falcionelli, and Dragoni, 2019).
