focuses on the improvement of leadership preparation agendas that include social justice as a
curricular base. The book is restricted to the evaluation of literature documenting the connection
between leadership agenda and social justice, building towards a curriculum and addresses
certain pedagogies. It takes a chronological approach stirring from the early theoretical origin of
social justice to primary studies on preparation programs. It also highlights on subsequent
generation experimental research focused on curriculum development and social justice
pedagogies. The study noted some imperatives that the field of education leadership must
address to achieve leadership for social justice. They include: identifying and developing
