On the other hand, everyone doing separate things and also talking over and over. Thus the
effectiveness of every task was lacking. Tamsin and Rosie have been seen doing the same
thing and also interacting with Kelli for the same outcome.

situation and also provides no bright output. The ineffective communication would be the
aspect which lacks the 3 Cs that are the clarity, completion and conciseness (Alert, 2017).
Thus the ineffective communication would affect the mental condition of the patient as it
leads to the unproductive information development and also the development of the anxiety
in the patient mind. Hence, it can be stated that the aspect of communication is one of the
elements that impact both positive and also a negative way. Thus the factor of the connection
should be used as the proper tools for the care providence (Foronda, MacWilliams &
McArthur, 2016). Hence, it can be seen that communication is one of the tools that would
help provide improved care to the patient. Hence, patient-centred care and also providing
high quality care would be the aspect which can be achieved by effective communication
with the patient.

Effective communication would be a tool for the health care staffs that are the nurses,
physicians and others to gather knowledge about the patient. The effective communication
would be the factor that helps in the proper knowledge gathering and providing the care by
adhering to that information. Hence, this factor refers to the achievement of appropriate
account of health care provision (Epstein et al., 2017). Thus the aspect of communication has
a significant impact on the staff mental and professional point. It also would be the factor that
