INTRODUCTION
Nursing is a profession where a collaborative behaviour and autonomous care is taken to
all the individuals, family, communities and group. The role of nursing is to provide proper care
and prevention of ill people and also help those people who not able to care of himself as the due
to disease situation. The nursing profession include the prevention of disease and the care of ill
people and also helped in the promotion of health sector and healthy life. Nursing is all about
integral part of the system where, nurses are always join with another on a base of teamwork.
Teamwork is defined as the a systematic part in which one individual is interact with other
individuals and the aspect of their work to be a part of profession. As for the context and the
topic (Reinerman-Jones and et. al., 2019). The professional of nursing have make a collaborative
behaviour with doctors, pharmacist also with medicine department and even to patient. Nurse is a
profession which have the capability and the type of education in which they learn about how to
care of their patient. They also responsible for the total caring and by using their basis of
knowledge and skills, they are always ready to care for their patients. The key factor of a
teamwork and the nurse is always built a strong relationship and a productive dimension to their
patient. where the teamwork is state that the coordination within any two individuals or a group
which help to introduce the benefits. In nursing the simple task is all about caring the patient
which is always created a team work for the patient for their betterment and from the prevention
of illness (Foster and et. al., 2019). Nursing profession show the concept of teamwork and play
major role and responsibilities, where nursing is a profession which provide physical care,
prevention and procurement form the disease. they are health professionals, focus on the
individual who need care and support which help to others and also the families who need moral
support related to it. they are help in recovering the health issues with their teamwork
collaborative behaviour and also increased the life dependability.
As per topic, nursing and the team work is always related to each other because the total
yield is depend on the prevention and procurement from the disease. From the childhood it is
being saying that teamwork is very necessary and essential in the department of health. Nursing
as a profession where the role and responsibilities of to established the team (Gaunt, H. and
Treacy, D.S., 2020). Which is essential for creating the relation between the nurse and doctor,
the relation between nurses and pharmacist, the relation between nurses and patient, the relation
between patients families, and the relation between nurses with medical staff, these all relations

in a collaborative behaviour create a team work. Which are developed by nurses in their daily
life. which is helpful in caring of patient. This collaborative behaviour as a teamwork for the
smooth running and caring for the patient. While taking the example of a surgery where, patient
is ready for the surgery and doctor is ready to do. the doctor is only available during the surgery,
the nursing workers are always available from the treatment to medication of patient. The
nursing staff is always available for their caring and all the activity. in each and every step from
the start to the discharge of the patient. The patient is being diagnosed, then the patient must
contact the nursing staff. where nursing staff play a vital role to the patients by creating a team
work (Kuziemsky, C.E. and Harris, A., 2019). A team work with profession in the nursing help
the patient after the surgery. Where they are linked to care for them and help them out, in the
delivering in proper mode medicines and caring are the responsibilities of nurses for the patient
better health and also they play a major role in the daily checkups and provide them proper food
and regular diet and also help him to recover from the disease state.
Nursing staff always helped the patient for the routine check up and provide it better
medicine to recover from the disease. Nursing member show the spirit of team work with the
pharmacist while in a base of medication and drugs therapies. Nursing staff responsibilities to get
medicine from the pharmacy store and the department which is available on the hospital
premises. so the nursing staff have most advise to provide proper dose of medicine to the patient.
while on their routine basis and tablet, capsules all medicines are involved. The role of
pharmacist to just provide a brief instruction about the quantity of the medicine, which is
sufficient for the patient and the nursing staff just follow these instructions and care about the
patients. These are just remembered by the nursing staff and in the reference of patient for the
better health and their care is important (Peterman, R.M., 2019). As per the current situation, in
the covid-19 world is facing problem, the doctors and the medical team play of very marvelous
team work with the society and also with the government, and this team work is appreciated by
the all over world for their recognition. Where the corona is and the virus which is not treated,
event not cared in this current situation but apart from this doctor team and nurses are giving
their best and the caring of the corona patient. They were given their maximum time in the health
sector by ignoring their personal life. So, from this perspective the government and the people
appreciate the work of medical and nursing staff and for their recognition they are pronounced
as corona warriors. On the basis of this, the life of a nursing staff so much inspirational and

motivation for others. They are always ready to care the patient, to care the society and approve
all the time by taking the step to step for the caring of life. Even in the Covid, there are many
nursing staff who get infected and lost their lives but the main theme of this always ready to
create a team work, with their colleagues, with the patient and others to save life. While on this
the academic education give a structure to the nurse's life. Where the team work session started
from the schooling on the basis of practical class. The total protocol of management of team
work is going to the practical situation, in which the group and the individual program is held for
the doing of practicals (Kang and et. al., 2020). So, as per the academic, study of nurses is a
relevant phase in which the practical knowledge is more effective as compared to theoretical
knowledge. The nursing concept is totally based on the practical knowledge, like how to built
pathway for the caring of patient and how to be strong and confident while dealing with patient.
They learn about to create a positive environment inside the hospitals for the patient. which is
create natural vibes of dimension in the treatment of patient. Nurses are always good in their
practical skills. They are used it in their daily life, which help to cure and prevent from the
disease. As we seen in recent time of covid, there are many doctors medical staff and medical
team make a collaborative behaviour and try to save many of life's with the help of proper
communication and coordination with many of them. The proper evidence of this is current
period of time, in covid-19 medical team and others play the major role in corona virus the
perfect combination create a better collaboration which help to save thousands of life which all
due the proper teamwork. The main theme of this is to deal with the team work because it is very
rare and not noticeable by many of peoples. Where everyone appreciate the doctors and others
but no one appreciate the nurses, which play the major role in clinics and hospitals, they show
always a collaborative behaviour which helps the patient for their treatment and their
procurement. As per this context, they play different role in different team with the same manner
likewise the play role of pharmacist, doctor, and caring person. Which help in smooth function
and create positive environment in their social place or their workplace (Cummings and et. al.,
2016). They taking care of everything like, the personal hygiene or room hygiene. they go
through the deep analysis of diagnosis and medication which help the patient to get recover fast.
they always good in motivating to patient to maintain their strength and be fit soon as per the
short time of duration. So, this motivation and other scenario create a collaboration and help in
the achievement of their oath as per the objective.

CONCLUSION
As per the above context, nurses are the major part of any medical team which generally
help in the promoting of health care sectors, procuring from the illness and also provide a proper
management of disease and provide moral support to the patient. They create coordination with
doctor, medical team, patient which help to create a benefit chart table for the hospital. They also
promote the profitability of the hospitals or clinic by their roles and their proper time. Hospitals
are the second home for the nurses where they are completing their rest of life. So, as per the
above scenario, teamwork, coordination correlation is a part of nurse. they fulfill the demand of
hospital and expectations of patient without any issue.
