SEARCH STRATEGY AND ANALYSIS

Introduction
 Workplace improvement is one of the effective
aspects that helps the professionals to
understand the critical aspects and change the
critical aspects of it.
 Nursing profession and its complication also
requires effective changes and workplace
improvements so that patients could be
provided with effective care.
 This presentation would also identify the
improvement measures thorugh systematic
search so that pain related improvement could
be identified.

Search strategy
 To find out the research articles for “pain
management strategies that could help the
patient and nursing professionals”, this
research article should be found.
 In JBI database the search results is as follows:

 Another search was conducted in the CINAHL
database so that the pain management and its
connection to nursing profession could be
identified.

 The search terms that were used in this process

 The Boolean operators such as AND and OR
were used to find out research articles for the
analysis of the search terms.

 Both of these articles identified the aspects that

management strategies to understand the

 From these aspect it was understood that
majority of the healthcare aspects related to
pain management and nursing professionals

pain management conditions (Herr et al., 2018).

The second strategy
 Another strategy that was found from the latest
research articles identified that nursing
professionals and their knowledge regarding the
process should be improved so that they could
take the pain management related aspects
effectively.
 This intervention highlighted nursing
professionals are directly associated with pain
related condition of patients (Song et al., 2015).

How these strategies would
help me as a nursing
professionals
 As per (), it was found that majority of
healthcare professionals that were associated
with pain management were associated with
critical knowledge.
 Hence, it was important that the nursing
professionals should be aware of the pain
management aspects associated with it.
