Deliverables
A well constructed project plan can be said to be the backbone of a successful project.
Deliverables guide the development as well as the maintenance of the project plan. Deliverables
act as the focal point of a project or a particular phase of the project. All the different types of
planned activities must be related to the production of the deliverable. According to, Balaji &
Arshinder (2016) saving food in different manners helps people to be more effective and
committed towards the development of the society in a better manner. Food waste generally
includes loss of food during each stage of food lifecycle starting from farming, cultivation,
processing, retail and ultimately consumption.
a. Project management Plan- A project management plan can be said to be a document
that defines the way a particular project is executed. A solid understanding of the project
plan can help the organization to attain success in the future (Minten et al. 2016). The
project management plan must describe the different paradigms that are involved in the
waste management planning.
b. Market Analysis- The project team that will be undertaking the waste management will
have to get a detailed analysis of the total strategy that needs to be implemented in the
market. The analysis of the processes that will be implemented, the analysis of the
involved costs and many more need to be defined in a proper manner to ensure the
success of the organization.
c. Report of Food Wastes- The project team must have a proper food waste report system
in place to monitor the amount of food loss. According to, Sun et al. (2018) the presence
of a proper monitoring can help to keep a detailed record of the happenings and take the
necessary actions to reduce such waste or mitigate it.
