It begins with the calculation of Estimated Energy Requirements (EER) using a standard formula, considering age, height, weight, and physical activity level. The assignment then involves a comprehensive dietary analysis, where all food consumed in a day is listed with corresponding calorie counts, providing insights into the balance of macronutrients and overall caloric intake. Finally, the assignment concludes with the calculation of Body Mass Index (BMI), comparing the result to established healthy ranges and providing an assessment of the individual's weight status and lifestyle recommendations, supported by relevant references. The analysis demonstrates the importance of a balanced diet and its impact on overall health and well-being.

1. Find your EER
As I am 21 years women and my height is 5ft 3 inches my ideal weight should be 55-
61kg. My actual weight is 60 kg.
So my EER is following-
Age - 21years
Height - 5ft 3 inch=1.6002 m
PA of an active woman is 1.27
Weight - 60 kg
[354 – (6.91 x age)] +PA [(9.36 x weight in kg) + (726 x height in m)]
= [354 – (6.91 x 21)] +1.27 [(9.36 x 60) + (726 x1.6002)]
= [354 – 145.11] +1.27 [561.6 + 1161.7452]
= [208.89] +1.27*1723.3452
= 208.89 +2188.648404
= 2397.538404 EER
