Business Research Methods: NVivo Project on Service Provider Reviews

This project utilizes NVivo software to analyze data collected from TripAdvisor reviews of three service providers in the fun and game industry: Bounce, Jet Flight Simulator, and Latitude. The assignment involves several key steps: data collection from TripAdvisor, coding the cases by creating thematic nodes, establishing coding relationships between the service providers, and constructing a mind map to visualize the relationships between thematic nodes, focal cases, and coding relationships. The analysis includes creating case classifications, developing thematic codes, and generating word clouds and hierarchy charts to illustrate the reviews. The project aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how these service providers are perceived by the public based on the reviews, with Bounce receiving the best reviews compared to the other two service providers, according to the data analysis. The project uses various NVivo features, including automated coding and relationship diagrams, to present a detailed analysis of the data.
