Example; During my job, I have reall0y enjoyed while encouraging the care team, more
specifically while supervising the care team members. I have been able to provide the positive
feedbacks that can highlight the positive attitude of every care team member. This can give every
member of care team with having aims or goals to work on as well as to enhance their practices
more appropriately.

How do you demonstrate a person-centred approach?
Example; While treating the patients with effective care services, it is quite important for care
assistant to treat their patients with respect and dignity. In the care organization, there is recently
required to alter the care practice standards due to the new procedures and policies. I specifically
met with all the clients in order to discuss the following alterations as well as I arranged a new
care plan that is mainly based on the needs of all the patients. In addition, it is required to be
placed in every care treatment plan of every patient to improve their well-being and then it is
needed to be communicated towards all the care team.
