INTRODUCTION
It is necessary to analyse data and obtain relevant outcomes so that decision is taken. The
data is interpreted by using graphs, tables, charts, etc. This enables in showing data in more
presentable way. Similarly, in NW Kent Group as well there is a small data portfolio created
which enabled in explaining that what model can be applied in medical centre (Gencel, 2017).
Besides that, it will enable in finding out best practice areas in redesigning business model. In
this report it will be described about dataset related to medical centre.

Interpretation- From above table it can be said that out of 35 customers it can be stated that
43% were given wrong prescription in Wickham avenue, 31% said that they were wrong
prescription in top side street and 26% in deerway road. Hence, because of excessive work load
and lot of stress it has become difficult for nurse and other staff to look towards patients in
effective way. In addition, due to lack of proper training staff is not able to identify what
prescription is to be given to patients. And to completer their work in time wrong prescription is
written and given to customers.

Interpretation- by interpreting table it can be found that 15% customer said that they were told
to take too less or more prescription in Wickham, 25% were in topside street and 60% in
deerway road. Hence, it can be evaluated that due to inexperience staff there is lack of
knowledge and skills within them. Due to that they are not able to analyse customer needs and
give prescription to them. in addition, due to work load staff can not concentrate taking effective
decision. So, it requires experts, experienced clinical staff, nurse, etc. to fulfil customer needs.
They need to follow particular clinical approach in NW Kent Group (Marty, 2018).

Interpretation- The above table shows that out of 17 customers, 53% said that they were given
dangerous advice in Wickham, 41% were in topside street and 6% in deerway road. Therefore, it
is evaluated that in NW Kent Group there is lack of competent staff who can handle patients.
They do not possess in depth info about what advice needs to be given. So, they are giving
dangerous advice to them which has highly impacted on patient health in negative way. This
issue also needs to be solved so that customer are given proper advice regarding treatment.

Interpretation- by interpreting chart it can be said that in wickham 35 patient agree and 33
strongly agree that they were given privacy during medication. Besides that, in topside street 70
strongly disagree and 40 disagree that they were not given any privacy. However, in deerway
road 12 agree and 31 strongly agree for it (Demir, and Kutlu, 2016). So, it can be analysed that
in wickham patient privacy is properly maintained as compared to other area. Also, in topside
street there is need to provide more privacy to patient. It will make it easy to gain patient
satisfaction. Therefore it needs to form some laws in it.

cleanness is maintained. Thus, it has impacted on customer satisfaction in negative way.
moreover, it requires to clean pharmacy. In wickham cleanliness is effectively maintained. the
pharmacy is cleaned daily. Besides that, it is found that in deerway road cleanliness is
maintained but not regularly. The practice is followed only once or twice a week.

Interpretation - it can be evaluated by interpreting data that in wickham 23 strongly disagreed
and 25 agreed that pharmacist explained treatment to them properly. However, in topside street
35 agreed and 33 strongly agreed with it. in deerway road 38 agree and 27 strongly agreed.

Therefore, it can be stated that in topside street pharmacist are highly educated and experienced.
Also, they explain treatment to customers in effective way that they are able to understand. But
on contrary in wikham the pharmacist does not explain treatment properly as compared to two
other areas. Therefore, it requires NW Kent Group to hire qualified pharmacist in wickham so
that patients are able to take proper treatment (Lukitasari, Handhika, and Murtafiah, 2018). It
will enable in solving issues as well.
CONCLUSION
It can be summarised from data that topside street pharmacy requires a lot of
improvement. They must hire experienced staff and provide training to them. Furthermore,
quality of practices of pharmacy of topside street is poor as compared to two other areas. In
addition, it requires to make some improvements in both wickham and deerway road pharmacy
as well. In that, competent staff must be hired, also cleanliness has to be maintained. due to that
customer satisfaction is low in pharmacy of NW Kent Group.
