Organisation health and safety management is an important planning process for the
employees associated with the company. In case avoiding accidents or health-related issues,
management has implemented the process for the organisation employees. In case of reviewing
and maintaining the line management responsibilities, proper safety and security of employees
can be processed (World Health Organization, 2015). In case of international standard Health
and Welfare at Work Act 2005 (Section 20) illustrates the issue of employees' safety and security
(Parliament.nz, 2018). The continuous improvement and cost effecting approach are essential in
this case and that is the reason health & Safety management needs to be introduced.
In case of this NZ SME, involvement with chemical ingredients and volatile solvents
creates toxic engagement in the workplace and employees are in the hazardous end. The
formulation of resin needs fibres like carbon, glass fibre, C-epoxy composites and G- epoxy
composites and it used in case of driving boats and motor body-building industries. Employees
Health & Safety issue is important in that case and additionally, in case of economic downturn,
added responsibilities will hamper the psychological balance of employees.
