METHODS
I am grateful for the opportunity that I got that is conducting investigation on the topic of
talent management. While doing investigation on this topic that is talent management I have
realized that it is very broader scope because it involves different activities such as recruitment,
providing training and development, offering rewards and recognition etc. I have learnt a lot
about different strategies of talent management that help in retaining large number of talented
employees. For successful completion of current research I have used different types of research
methodologies such as primary sources, secondary sources, quantitative research choice and
qualitative choice. I am very grateful that I have knowledge about primary as well as secondary
sources. I have found that primary methods are very great and for this I had formed
questionnaire. Questionnaire has helped in accumulating information directly from the
respondents. On the other hand, I have also considered secondary sources to gather data for my
research such as books, articles, journals, newspapers etc. Secondary sources are very effective
because it provides information that is very easily available. The research is based upon
quantitative research choice because I believe that statistical and numerical information is more
effective and efficient to attain pre-determined aim and objectives. I have also used frequency
distribution analysis to analyse the reliability and validity of numerical information in achieving
defined objectives. Hence, I think that I am very thankful to these research methodologies to
attain aim and objectives in shorter period of time.
