INTRODUCTION
Business operation can be described as process which is used to conduct all the activities
in proper manner. Operation strategies and decisions are used to gain competitive advantages
over competitors. In other word it is set of plan which is used for accomplishing goals of
organisation. The main mission is to established business strategy for their targets and it is also
concerned with other functional strategies. In present scenario it is essential for every company
to work their operation management in effective manner. All this measures increase the chance
of sustainability in external environment. Under this assignment the organisation which is pre-
freed i.e. Oak Pub Huddersfield situated in West Yorkshire which is famous company of
England. They shows the strategies they used in their operation management in order to work in
coordinate manner. (Astrachan ,2010). The whole project discuss about the strategic framework,
different factors and their alternatives which shape operation management, concept of quality

In order to grabbing large number of customers the operations management of organisation must
be effective for the purpose better manufacturing of goods and services. Different types of tools
and techniques were used in order for continuous improvement of overall management cycle of
goods for making it effective. In external dynamic environment trends of customer changes so it
