Policy compliance A goal that would be set by an organization and attempt towards
achieving and encouragement of compliance for their members with
regards to the policies of the organisation style.
Plan compliance It is defined as a system comprising of balances and checks based on
which a reasonable effort has been made towards the identification of
potential non-compliance issues.
Financial review It is defined as complete check up of all kind of financial outgoings.
The purpose of the review is to ensure that the proper finances are
being spent and thus the best form of value would be gained.
Performance review It is defined as the performance evaluation or formal assessment in
which the managerd would be able to evaluate the work performance
of employees within an organization (Mok, Shen & Yang, 2015).
Contractual review It is defined as a thinking process and rational analysis. The process
includes the clarification regarding contract facts. The controlling of
legal risks and contract reviews displays the relaltionships between
purpose and means.
Process improvement

attention towards the parts within a process that would have an
