their productivity as well as the service accuracy. Followed by this concern it is also identified
that the incorporation of information technology into the organizational infrastructure helps to
enhance stakeholders management as well as improves the customer engagement strategies.
Based on these identification this paper has aimed to discuss about the influence of the
information technology or the information system into the organizational infrastructure. In order
to support the above discussion it will also cover an interview with the digital head of Oasis
Fashion. And later the paper will also consist a critical analysis on the strategies and the
initiatives of the CIO and then there will a discussion on the pros and cons of the selected
themes.
