INTRODUCTION
Obesity is epidemic in US. These situations puts individual at higher risk for serious
diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer. It is mainly caused by eating too much fast
foods and moving too little. Thus, if someone does not burn extra fat in their body through
physical activity, they consume high amount of fat, sugars and energy much of surplus power
will store in their body as fat (Rtveladze and et. al., 2014). Unhealthy life style helps in gaining a
lot of weight that directly impact on their health and issues get occurs before that process. The
present report will explain about the main causes of obesity that influence on human health and
make them ill. Unhealthy lifestyles, culture, interventions and environment are the main reasons
of obesity that develop many diseases in human body frequently. The major causes of this
disease is unhealthy lifestyle and genetics that lead diabetes and other diseases. A person is likely
to develop obesity if both or one parents are obese. Genetics are affect hormones involved in fat
regulation, for example, one genetic syndrome cause of obesity is leptin deficiency. Overeating,
diet high in simple carbohydrate, frequency of eating, medications and physical inactivity also
causes obesity. Genetic, is present in person that develop obesity, it effects hormones involved
fat regulation. Metabolism, is set of chemical processes that occur within living organism in
order to maintain life. It is a term that are using to describe all chemicals reactions include in
balancing loving state of organism or cells. Environment, effect human life and health that is
very difficult to maintain. Behaviour and culture both are the factors that causes obesity, most of
the children's does not like to eat healthy food, they like fast food or junk foods that develop fats
in their body.

been a major challenge for health experts all over the world (Styne and et.al., 2017). There are
several causes of obesity that are required to be effectively monitored by the professionals
working in health sector. It is important to generate awareness by applying effective measures
for the identification and management of obesity. Some major causes of obesity are:
Unhealthy lifestyle: The fast pace lifestyle that had become imminent within an
organisation will impact the sales of the organisation and setting up of operations in an effective
manner. Consumption of junk food, sedentary lifestyle, high sugar intake, lack of physical
exercises and excessive calorie intake will lead an individual to gain a lot of weight. These all
