There is objective to understand the patient adherence which is an effective extent of
individual behaviour which includes behaviour regarding taking medication, executing lifestyle,
following diet and some recommendation which are effective to comply with better health which
are delivered through the healthcare service providers. It has the objective of sense of autonomy,
satisfaction along with understanding about the administering medication which should be
measured for the patient satisfaction through survey. For this, there is need for the
commencement with the provided timeframe. It also includes the objective to provide evidence-
based rationale for the self-administration medication program.
Outputs
There are several outputs which includes the policy documents, staff education package,
patient education package and evaluation framework.

Exclusion also includes the mental health disorder diagnosis. This also excludes the history of
current delirium where patient excludes the diagnosis of dementia. It also excludes the learning
disability, symptoms related with acute renal failure, high risk of fall and list of self-
administration medication within hospital.
