modern business organizations. The chosen company for the project is Ocado Group Plc
which is a British online supermarket and is considered to be the world's largest dedicated
online grocery retailer. The report will further elaborate the three variables of the
environment for the PESTLE analysis out of political, economic, socio-cultural,
technological, legal, or ethical (Hanapi and et. al., 2018). Along with it, the report
highlighted two recommendations by which the company can improve decision-making in
