Technology refers to the key to expanding and maintaining a business's role as well as
value as a trendsetter. The technological strategy of the company is most effective which helps
employee and manager to work efficiently to achieve the organisation goals. The selected
company is Ocado group which is based on the Licenses grocery technology.
The report highlights the effect of technological change and technology strategy of
company for competitive advantage.

Within the Ocado group, it has been seen that the change in the technical tend to have a
great impact and effect on its operations as well as function as technology tend to supports higher
efficiency level. Further, it has been seen that the technical change in the Ocado group would
made its manage to make effective strategy related to the technology and its instalment in the
operation functions. Beside this, it has been also seen that the making use of effective technology
based in regular upgradation and modification of change would lead and supports better quality
