Topic – “To investigate the impact of occupational inequality on individual performance in context of Australian
businesses”
Field of Research - The research study will be focused on the impact of occupational inequality on individual performance in
context of Australian businesses. I am pursuing engineering management which is aimed at bringing together the organizational
and economic problems so as to understand the complex operational performance. This research area will help in learning
towards the general organizational problems which will support my professional career in near future. Seeking for a managerial
opportunity as a profession career will require knowledge about the various management issues and problems that are impacting
upon the organisational personnel as well.
Secondary Source of Data–For carrying out the respective research study only secondary source of data will be used where the
