INTRODUCTION
Quality management plan is a kind of plan that helps in providing guidance to project
manager and project personnel to execute quality management and quality assurance activities
for a project (Hartley, 2017). In construction related projects, development and execution of
quality management plan is extremely important as it directly help contractors in reviewing and
evaluating whether overall quality required for constructed building is being adhered or not. It
helps in defining project quality policies, procedures, criteria for different areas of applications,
responsibilities and authorities. This report will lay emphasis upon development of quality
management plan of Odyssey Aged Care construction project in Robina, Queensland, Australia.
For this, in this report ways to determine quality requirements will be identified, implementation
of quality assurance processes will be done, and implementation of project quality improvements
will be done. Other that this, in this report overall brief overview of project description of
Odyssey Aged Care project will be provided.

2.3 Explain ways in which one can conduct inspections of quality processes and quality control
results
There are different method that could be used to ensure the quality of project named as
Odyssey Aged Care that has contributed in providing proper care, support and facilities to
elderly people for better lifestyles. Likewise, pre-inspection, it is stage in which pre-inspection
need to be done related to what all activities, resources, task that need to be performed in order to
accomplished the desired outcome. Test, check need to be made related to whether the particular
method or set of strategy would be suitable for the project or not. Inline- inspection also need to
be done through taking feedback from team member that are engaged in the project related to
actual progress made, key challenges that they are facing while completing the project and many
more (Antony and Gupta, 2019). On regular or daily basis information need to be taken from the
employees pertaining to the task that has been completed related to the project and the task that
has to be done in remaining period. Furthermore, final inspection needs to be done, to ensure the
quality and take corrective action in order to determine whether the compliance quality standard
are meeting with the quality objectives or not. Therefore, at last all cost, action taken and
outcome of project will be evaluated for quality check and make necessary improvement for
better results
2.4 Explain ways in which one can maintain a quality management system to enable effective
recording and communication of quality issues
The quality management system can be effectively maintained and the information can be
easily communicated to the stakeholders and high project authority through making use of digital
technology. Email, message and call are the best method that could be used to record and
communicate necessary information related to the outcome of the project to the stakeholders of
the project. Stakeholders are people, team member, investors, company and project manager as
they are being interest and affect by the project. So they all will be transparently and honestly
being communicated about the progress of the project through making use of Email as it helps in
keeping proper records of information in well organised manner (Wang and et.al., 2018.).
Furthermore, investment can be made in installation of better software that could be used
to easily share all necessary information pertaining to the quality issue so that timely strategies
are being prepared to complete the task in effective manner. Thus, it will help in effective
sharing of information about the growth and key areas in the project for better outcome.

3. Implement project quality improvements
3.1 The manner in which the process is being reviewed, implement three agreed changes
continually throughout the project life cycle in order to ensure continuous quality
improvement
In order to review the Odyssey Aged Care project process, first and foremost the gap
analysis is conducted through comparing the achieved outcome with set standard in order to
identify actual gap. At the same time, feedback from team member and other stakeholders will b
taken in order to know about necessary changes that needs to be made in the project for offering
qualitative services to elderly people. The three agreed changes throughout project life cycle to
ensure continuous quality improvement are first and foremost to arrange more financial and
human resources in order to complete the project and delivered qualitative services to elderly
people (Montgomery, 2020). Secondly, the changes is related to adding more facilities such as
offering customized living facilities and personalised care to elderly people so that they can get
proper attention as well as treatment for their better health and well-being. The last and final
change that could is being made in the project based on the review is that there is lack of
communication between the team member. So efforts has been made to install new technology
that could be used to effectively share information so that there are lack of confusion, conflict in
future scenario.
3.2 The way reviewed 3 project outcome against the 3 performance criteria to determine the
effectiveness of quality management process and procedures
For effectiveness of quality management process and procedures that could be used to
review in terms of project outcome against the performance criteria are:
1. First outcome is to develop a land-based cruise ship so the performance criteria is set
that all the employees have sufficient knowledge related to the way land based cruise is
created and number of facilities can be rendered to elderly people.
2. Second outcome is Telehealth, gym, rehab, physiotherapy services etc. as per their
needs and requirements that will be measured against the performance criteria of that
whether is sufficient telehealth, Gym and physiotherapy services on equal basis for all
elderly people (Mizuno and Bodek, 2020).

3. The third outcome is that high- quality nursing care for 24*7 hours to aged people living,
so such as system that needs to be created that could helps in accessing the services at
any time.
3.3 The manner in which identified and documented 3 lesson learnt and 3 suggestion for
improvement that are passed to higher project authority for application in future project
The three lesson that has been learned is that the project involves lot of activities that
needs to be performed by each individual as per their actual capabilities and skills. Secondly,
there are various challenges that has to be faced by project manager while accomplishing the
project related to Odyssey Aged Care but it has to passionately handle it for better results. Third
it has been learned that continuous monitoring and review helped in identifying the errors or
mistake thus finding alternative method that could be sued to overcome the same (Burr, 2018).
Moreover, the three suggestion related to improvement that are passed to higher project for better
future is make use of more innovative technology, better coordination and communicate between
the team member and last suggestion is that effectively controlling and listening to feedback of
stakeholders for making necessary changes in the project.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that development of quality management
plan directly helps in identifying main quality requirements of project to be achieved, different
types of quality management methods and techniques that can be used for maintaining of quality
of a project. It has further been summarized that in order to implement quality assurance process
