I am writing this email to pass a message regarding office equipment supplies. Administrative
assistant for cloud nine, Angela called regarding this but as you were busy in a meeting I
received her message. She called to provide some information regarding the order that has been
placed yesterday for 10 office chairs. I have also left one audio message for you but to present
you the message in a detailed way I am writing this e-mail. I hope that you will read this email
that contains all the details regarding the message that was dropped by Angela for you.
At the time of placing this order, you requested them to supply 10 chairs for office purpose. All
of these chairs need to be burgundy in color. However, the color that was requested from your
end has been discontinued recently. Hence, the office chair of burgundy color cannot be supplied
by them at present. However, she has given other options regarding colors that you can choose
for the chairs that are to be supplied. They have different other colors available in their stock that
can be chosen by you for the chairs. Different other colors like red, black and blue are present as
alternative options at present. In addition, she has also offered office chairs of royal blue in color.
However, she needs a confirmation from your end regarding the appropriate color that can be
chosen regarding office chairs.
