Dear Employees,
Greetings of the day!
This letter has been floated to inform you all that we will be relocating within a few days due to
expropriation to develop new flats.
We regret to inform you all that due to the upcoming activities of the authority to take our office
property so as to build a new condominium, we are shifting to a new location that is Okotoks
which is many kilometers away from our current location. There were high rental rates and
property taxes in downtown Calgary that forced us to move to Okotoks. We are aware that many
of you will not be happy with this change as they live at the walking distance from the current
location and many of you are also not having cars but we are trying our level best to solve all
your issues. Employees who are not having their own vehicles may take public transport as the
new building in which we are relocating is having ample parking space and public transport will
be easily accessible. Apart from that, there is also an increase in area and saving in rental fees
which means no layoffs will be there due to the relocation.
Although it is not good news for you all but we assure to give best with your little support. In
