institution lacks and the ways they can improve it.

modifications. The location of the schools have a significant role to play,if the educational
institute is located within the urban geographical areas they will be well aware of the reality of
the real world on the other hand schools located in the rural areas. As the surrounding the
students experience immensely impacts their level of motivation which is a directly impacts the
learning outcome. It has been analysed by the Ofsted report that students pursing their
elementary education from the urban localities are more likely the ones who pursue their higher
education. Age is one of the dominant factors which the educational institutions are required to
take care of, as the whole structure of the learning prospects are designed around a certain age
group and hence will be comfortable for the students in understanding which are of the insisted
age (Daneshmandnia, 2019). The management approach that is being adopted by the school is
not appropriate it can hinder the growth of the student for which the regulatory bodies are
required to sick with the determined leadership.
Effects of deployment on the educational aspects.
Deployment has been the considerable issue the pandemic, many people lost their jobs as they
were not allowed to perform work on sites. As the incomes of individuals have reduced it has
certainly impacted the educational quality that the students are getting, as they are being
technologically deprived. In this technologically driven era, students are required to learn
technical skills which will significantly help them in keeping the pace with the world and all the
opportunities that waits for them. As parent’s deployment and children education are
interconnected as they are the ones who finances their education. The students are not only
technologically deprived but also they are not able to score better or up to their standards.
Irregularities are identified with the attendance of the students along with diligence with the
homework that is being allotted to them. With the ever rising competition and lesser jobs people
are focused to pursue for low paying jobs which highly impacts one’s lifestyle and is one of the
major reason as the students are deprived of the technological benefits that the other students
have.
Irregularities noticed within organisational institutions
It has been identified that irregularities among the classes has been a significant concern, as the
performance of the students is being largely impacted by the behaviour that is being adapted by
the organisation. As when educational institution is not able to develop consistency among their
own processes then how come consistency can be expected from the students. Through the report

it has been identified that teachers are not being adequately trained which is one of the reason the
schools are required to work upon, additionally the methods that are being inculcated by the
teachers to make the students is not effective as it doesn't allow neither helps them in
understanding the behaviour of the students and the ways the person adapts while performing.
Pedagogy is the way which regulates the process of teaching and learning, it helps students in
understanding the new and innovative ways of learning which eases out the process of problem
solving along with helps individuals in (Brinkman and Brandsma, 2020). This practised can be
implemented when the teachers are provided with the right kind of infrastructure modifications
which helps them in developing decisions for the benefit of the students along with the
organisation.
Areas of Development
Importance of diversity in classroom.
Globalisation has resulted in the diversity among nations which proves to be shown in the
schools as well, the diversity among a classroom could be cultural or on the basis of other
geographic factors. As globalisation has eliminated the boundaries among different nations,
natives of a nation are more likely to encounter people of different race, culture, colour,
background, and economic status. For which schools are required to make their students aware of
the ethnicities and the way of showing respect towards them. Educating students for about the
multilingual people present within the nation which will significantly help the students in
developing much better relations within themselves (Heine and Schmitt, R.,2019). It helps the
students in accepting people who are not like them yet encourages them in showing the same
respect and value towards them. To effectively educate the students the schools are required to
provide sufficient training to the teachers in regards of social and behavioural wellness. Diversity
is one of the major ways by which students gets to explore about the other factors of the society,
it helps one in exploring the inner personality and likings at a relatively early age. Effective
management of diversity among a school or classroom should be done in a way which don not
impacts the quality as well as the curriculum that the school follows. The school is required to
develop strategies which will help educational organisations in effectively managing the

In the process of effective management, the school is required to communicate well with
the students as it will help them in understanding their backgrounds and beliefs on which
their decision is relied upon. This will help the schools in building trust among the
students and vice versa. If the students will be comfortable and will be treated equally the
management of the students will become much convenient. This comforting relationship
between the students as well as among the teachers will bring the cultural advantage for
other students.
It is essential for the management to be in touch with the students of different
backgrounds, for which the management can schedule personal meeting with the students
which will help them in developing the right kind of accessibility among the students
(Jena,2020). This will help the students in building the sense of being valued and
considered among people of different authenticities. Regardless the management will be
able to understand the areas of improvements and recommendations on how to improve
them.
Recommendations for cultural diversity

about knowing their differences and the ways they make an impact. This will understand
an understanding among the students about their identities and about others which will

required to provide the needed freedom along with the flexibility of celebrating their
authenticity. Along with it the teachers are required to formulate lessons which
incorporates diversity and makes the students understand about their cultural richness.

required to attend classes online (Edmond and et.al, 2020). The students those were not able to
afford this technological equipment’s were not able to bring up the required changes.
Recommendation for technological poverty
Digital Poverty is a considered as an emerging issue in the United Kingdom, technology once
was a thing of luxury but now it is the necessity. Because of the ineffective of internet
connection people are not able to take the advantage of the resources along with the much less
knowledge among the students is a reason.
Schools are required to come up with computer labs which will be available for all the
students as it will help the students who are digitally deprived, and cannot afford to have
the required digital access because of the insufficient funds. This will immensely help the
students in developing the required skills which is required for their survival.
Government have recognised these issues and have started allotting laptops and other
digital devices to students and schools by which they will be accessible to all, schools
which cannot afford such big investment by themselves can be benefited by the
governments contribution. On the basis of the Ofsted report it has been identified that the
government and schools have started taking the right steps for the resolution of these

Davari,2020). It’s the policy makers of the organisation who are responsible for formulating
effective policies which helps students in developing the required values among themselves.

The students’ needs to be given the opportunity to address their issues and opinions, for
which they can elect a leader who can represent them within the administration.
The curriculum of the school should be designed in a way which makes the students
understand the cultural differences. This will significantly help the students as gives a
rigidity to the fact of diversity and makes the students aware of the fact.
The schools should have counsellors or mentors who will help international students or
students of different authenticity for making them feel comfortable in foreign land among
people of different authenticities (Singh, 2021).

possible ways tries developing the skills which will help students in the real world (Joiner,
2019). With the rising competition it is required by the students to understand the real world
scenarios, as in school children are young which becomes important for schools to develop the
right attitude among them which will help them in achieving much bigger goals in future. It’s
important for children to develop the trait of accepting failures for which schools have structured
these curricula along with the extracurricular activities in a way which motivates them in
developing these traits.
