Introduction
Project Management is considered as an essential part of projects conducted by the organisation.
Project management provides assistance in managing and controlling the activities involved in
the project and makes sure that desired goals and objectives are accomplished as per developed
plans or strategies. It is essential that such activities or tasks are managed properly. In a project,
there are various factors which are to be controlled by the manager of the project. This includes
the cost of the project, time frame, resources, etc. This assignment is based on the plans
developed under project management. The development of these plans takes place in the form of
the document. These plans include a management plan, implementation plans, evaluation of
performance and project closure. A case scenario of the large international organisation
operating in the oil industry is provided under this assignment which includes certain issues and
management of operations and the functions of the organisation.

Implementation Plan
Such plan is termed a significant part which plays its part in making sure that the project
performance takes place in accordance with formulated plans and desired goals or objectives are
accomplished. This means that according to the implementation plan, application of the plans
related to the projects is made adequately. There is the number of activities which are included in
this plan, the definition of proper duties and authorities are also specified in this plan. As the
market is uncertain, the project manager is required to make certain assumptions and establish
certain limits for the project. There are various aspects to which such assumptions are related and
these aspects incline budget development, time schedule, and human and financial resources in
which reforms take place from time to time. Implementation of technology is done by the

steel anchors as per their size.

 Ensuring environment protection by eliminating the loop of leakage of petroleum

As the project aims at repairing and refurbishment of the tanks storing oil or petroleum products
located at west side of Australia, it essential that the adoption of the phased approach is made for
