INTRODUCTION
Survey generally refers to the primary form of data collection tool which is used to collect
variety of different sort of the information in the market. This report highlights different concern
which need to be consider out of survey. After that report highlights the intervention or initiative
which will be taken in the organization. In the end report highlights Approach to address ‘you

sort of the outcomes need to be consider by the Lisa and on the basis of the same variety of the

Satisfaction level, from the different outcome which has been derived it has been
understand that there are good number of the individual in the market are satisfied in the
organization as 90% state they are happy with job, 55 are happy due to work life balance and 21
are satisfied with pay and benefit. At the same time survey also highlights that no one says that
they are very satisfied this result has to be consider by the Lisa (Armstrong and Landers, 2018).

which needs to be considered by Lisa in market. It has been identified that only 33 percent of the
respondent in the organization used to feel that training and development opportunity are
