Introduction
For all the European agrifood establishments from the year 2005 it became mandatory the Regulation EC
178/2002 which obliges them to implement an internal system for tracking and tracing (T&T) of the products;
the Regulations that has introduced an 'obligatory route' that consists of the construction of the 'certified
historic' of a food or an ingredient along the supply chain. The Regulation concerns all food companies and in
particular those in which there are different actors that contribute to obtaining the final product as in the
case of the supply chain of olive oil. Informatics with modern technology allows us to provide the company
with a software solution, usable as a web application, everything housed on a system cloud server. The
project goal was to implement a Web Application based on Cloud Platform and centralize all information
about to the context of the production of olive oil. The results showed that the centralization of data provided
by the software in question permit the various figures of the supply chain of olive oil to collaborate in an
environment where you get all the information in real time. The system implements algorithms that provide
notification messages that indicate if there are any delays in production/processing in terms of quality of the
olive oil sought. The operators and final customer will be equipped with an APP free for smartphones, which
allow you to detect in a simple and immediate all data (in synchronize with the cloud system) and to get the
product TRACEABILITY.

Login
Users who have previously registered for the Olive Oil Management Web Application
must login by:
Entering their User Name.
Entering their Password.
Selecting Login to advance to the next screen and begin using the application.
Site Registration
Users who have not previously registered for the Olive Oil Management Web Application must
select “Register to use the site” to access the “Add New Customer” page.
Forgotten Passwords
If a user forgets his or her password, he or she must select “Forgotten password help.”

New User Registration
Users will be asked to enter or select the following information (all items in blue are required):
Name — First and Last
Enter the user’s first and last name.
Address 1
Enter the user’s address.
Address 2
If additional space is needed, continue to enter the user’s address in this space.
City
Enter the user’s city.
State / ZIP
Enter the user’s state and ZIP code.
E-Mail
Enter the user’s e-mail address. E-mail addresses are not case sensitive.
Telephone
Enter the user’s telephone number, including extension if applicable.

To add a Job Select Customers from the Dropdown and fill the job details and Click submit button.
Get Job
To Get a Job
To get a Job Select job status and Select Customers from the Dropdown and Click search button.
From the grid select relevant job.

Update Job
To Update a Job
To update a Job, fill the field needs to be updated and click update button.

Add Invoice
This Module is available for Manager Only.
 To add an invoice select the job from the dropdown and click load button.
 The Manager can enter a discount % or an amount to deduct from the line
item total.
View Invoice
Manager or Customer can view the invoice for a Job

Job Note
Manager or Customer can post Job Notes and associate them with the Job.
The manager/customers can respond to them.
The System record who created the note and on which date.
To Add a Note Select a job from the dropdown and fill the note and click Submit button.
Get Job Note
User can get Notes associated with the Job.
For getting the notes select the job from the dropdown and click search button.

Product Catalog
Update/Add the list of products and services that the mill offers. The product details include product code,
product name, and description, and size, available quantity, unit price.
Fill the details of the Product and click Update Button.
Get Mill Calendar
Manager can get the mill jobs in a calendar format.
Manager can navigate to Calendar module through menu.
