1. Introduction
Background
London’s successful bid for 2012 Olympic Games was created as need for major
construction programme and re-generation to provide excellent venue & infrastructure needed to
different phases of games. Each and every programme of construction was so much expensive,
majorly focus in context of technically & politically challenges. Afterwards, it was fixed the
deadline of opening ceremony of games. Usually, turning the particular vision of Olympic
infrastructure project was attracted people because of their roads, bridges, stadia.
In past decade, it has been concerned about the Olympic Infrastructure which help to
inspire or motivate staff members in the organization. Taking into account in current covid-19
situation, It is evident that rises the remote culture, especially recruitment process. It has become
need of hour. Different organisations are constantly being confronted with major problems at the
time of crisis. Recently, it will focused on the digital conceptual termed to influence 2012
Olympic infrastructure project.
Budget and duration
On the basis of estimation, it was setup the budget of project around 8.1 billion. Before
starting the project, project manager will create suitable documentation that help to record, store
information and identify the scope of project. Afterwards, it will be submitting detailed budget
assessment and take an approval from board of Olympic. The resulting programme baseline
report- 100 page of description and aligned with scope, budget, risk and programmes (Pena,
Mataruna-dos-Santos and PEREIRA, 2019). This can help to the manager where it can easily
identify the items of Olympic infrastructure project, deliver and allocation of risks.

In 2012, Olympic Infrastructure the sponsrs are Acer, Coca-cola, GE, Omega and
Panasonic. These are the biggest companies which has contributed in the development of
Olympic infrastructure.
Aim
 To design and develop the 2012 Olympics Infrastructure.
Objective
Main objective of 2012 Olympics infrastructure design and development project. The
ODA had five years to staff members, procure, deliver around 5 billion of major construction
works, it is mainly built on the largely derelict or polluted site in London. For purpose of this
project, it is needed to satisfy all stakeholder, consumers which including local residents, public,
medial and government agencies (Silva, Pereira and Magano, 2021). These are focused on the
Olympic infrastructure project, providing the great value for money. Therefore, it also track or
monitor the infrastructure design pattern, required to be understand the different stages of games.
The Olympic Infrastructure project programme of works included an essential
deconstruction and remediation across 400-hecture site, construction take places around 20km of
road, tunnels etc. on the basis of idea, it will be utilised a new infrastructure of Olympic. It also
identified the construction of 14 permanent as well as temporary sporting venue. This kind of
approach will attract more people and inspire with interactive infrastructure of Olympic.
Purpose
The purpose of study is to focus on the advance modern technology, enterprises have
revolutionized their enterprise operations. Under specific revolution, it will be adopted the
modern techniques and method to recruit talented skill people. On the basis of research study, it
intends to identify how different design patterns will support in the Olympic infrastructure

maintenance. It will be recognised the risk or threat at the time of project objectives, it is not just
for identifying project status (Rustamova, 2021). A strategic alignment is lining up project but it
is not encompasses with both technical and functional activities. But it may arise problem in
project among human resources regarding people motivation, capability and so on.
According to the Strategic based entrenchment theory, this type of approach will
represent the validity of alignment, which has been questioned by participants. On the basis of
evidence, it has been suggested that opposite which may actually hold true aspect. In context of

project development.
Project manager will focus on the strategic alignment issue because it is needed to save
time and other resources. It is always keeping the team informed and motivated. A lack of
strategic alignment is one of the primary reason why project fails to achieve their objective. But
in some situation, the strategic alignment cannot be overstated. On the other hand, project
manager will concern about the strategic alignment factors such as capabilities, resources,
processes and systems. These are contribute to align with strategy and able to execute tasks
properly. Within project, it should consider their existing and needed capabilities, resources
during strategic alignment development, implementation.
As per analysis, it has been considered the different factors such as resources, processes,
system and capabilities. These are majorly contribute towards project alignment and provide
brief idea about the entire processes. This is not only providing the better opportunity to gain
more advantage or benefits in project development. The implication of different factors on this
project is to implement long term plan and resources needed to achieve its desirable goal or
objective. It has also been a consistent analysis and uses of strategic technology, change of

factors and consider its importance of increasing the role of strategy in managing the project,

Issue-2 Project initiation
The initiation phase is the beginning of project. It is mainly focused on the idea,
assumption for this project to explore, elaborate in proper manner. A poor project initiation issue
will be creating a problem in the project. There is no single list of project or single place. At the
time of initiation, it is very hard for project manager or team members in regards of resources

leads to arise issue or problem with resourcing management.
In context of project initiation, planning theory plays important role in term of concepts,
behavioural relationships and assumptions that define body of knowledge. Planning theory can
easily transformed the entire project that is not the best available. It becomes rather clear when
remind or competing theories. Usually, a project manager will focus on the representing the
framework which has provided the entire processing of project according to the Just-in-time. The
primary reason for considerations a planning theory at the time of project initiation. It means that
transformation of view or flow view which include time as attribute. It plays important role and
affected by uncertainty in project initiation. On the other hand, it is always focused on the
direction towards linkages, uncertainty (Rustamova, 2021). It is acknowledged in the

process and eliminate any kind of unwanted task execution. Such principles as lead reduction of
time, variability which are promoted effectively and efficiently.
During project initiation, Critical factors to ensure that project is successful done. It
including document of business decision, project sponsorship, and on-goi-ng governance. These
are different factors which contribute to project management. Business decision documentation
can be used by project manager to select or choose right approach. This will help to collect,
record all essential information. A project manager issued a proper documentation by project
initiator or sponsor that formally authorizes the existence of a project. Project manager with
authority to apply suitable resources in different activities. According to the PMBOK, it will be
represented the project needs, high level description, product requirements. These are focused on
the particular client and other stakeholder project needs for purpose of executions. On the other
hand, Project governance is also consider the factor in project initiation which means that
identify the project case and prior to establishing project board This type of factor will support in
project management to analyse and authorise, initiate the project.

Issue-3 Lifecycles
It is a process or method that help for project manager to divide different phases such as
planning, execution and closure. These are different processes which make up the direction and
take places project from starting point. The issue of project lifecycle which poorly define project
in current scenario. During project, it has been developed the excessive re-work, poor
communication and unclear objectives. Team members are finding it tools complex to estimate
price or cost. It is unable to define how much time is needed to completed specific tasks in
proper manner.
According to the project management life cycle, project manager will use theory in order
to broken down into different phases. But it make up the right path or direction which takes
project from starting to the end. The involvement of theory in lifecycle which means that
comprising a set of distinct high level phases required to easily transform an innovative idea into
reality (Rustamova, 2021). That’s why, project manager will consider appropriate theory in
project management to acquire and gain more knowledge.
On the other hand, lifecycles issue may be identified in the project which means that
contribute factors such as testability, inspect-ability, maintainability and reliability. In this way,
Project manager can utilise this factors to improve the overall performance of project at the time
of lifecycle. Technical changes take place in the project at the time of execution. So as, it has
become important to increase the high rate of project effectively and efficiently.
The implication of contributed factors on the project which means ensure a proper
planning and execution of all phases. It allows project manager to check the processing of project
in step by step manner. Through lifecycle, it will be controlled and linked the current progress of
project at every phase, identify the completion of each stages. In most of cases, it would require
to recommend the improve lifecycle process in project. Therefore, it provides the progressive
evolution, review and support governance. Sometimes, it enabled to monitor or track progress by

Project context is consider the circumstances in which occurs different events or problem.
Usually, it can be represented description of both external as well as internal environment where
project is going to be undertaken. Project context issue is one of the critical components of
enterprise because it would be increased the conflicts among team members. Moreover, it
explores the multi-level influence on the project by contextual factor affect the entire
performance of project.
In project context, theory of constraint is one of the important methodology for
identifying the most important limiting factor. This approach will help to achieve desirable goal
and then systematically improving that constraint until it is no longer limiting factor. Project
manager will use theory of constraints in project context and help to eliminate or remove
challenging issue. On the basis of analysis, Project manager will use different factors such as
repeat the process, exploit the constraint, elevate the performance and subordinate or synchronize
(Silva, Pereira and Magano, 2021). Different factors contribute to the project management and
focus on identifying individual constraints, inhibit the project from achieving its goals. Within
project management, team will use the theory of constraint and its factors which is helping to
project manager to increase throughput of task executions, removing any kind of additional
investment.
The implication for project manager and team members are that implementation as key
phase in identifying the success of project. The indicator of project success are time, cost,
customer satisfaction and technical performance. Project manager will always focused on the
positive relationship to achieve the success criteria, completion and implementation phases in
project lifecycle.
On the basis of factors, it recommends the project manager intended to ensure that there
is accountability for and ownership of accomplishing objectives. It provides the right direction to
strengthen the manager to improve the overall performance of project. Theory of constraints are

usually involves describing situation, evaluating the possible alternative and proposing a solution
to a problem.
