1. Introduction
Commonly, One central park is an appreciated building located in Australia. The building
comprises of 2 housing apartments. This building was designed to permit for developing approx.
235,000 sq. m. of residential, marketable and retail space. It Establishes and updates the
construction standards and in evaluating the design. One central park was awarded with 5 star
Green and “Multi-Unit Residential Design v1 “Certified by the GBC of Australia and made as
the leading multi-residential construction.
In any new project design, next to the conceptual design phase, preliminary and detailed design
ensures that the project is standard and will be within the acceptable budgets and costing. The
detailed design phase gives enough ideas for project investors and for the development team to
provide durable design. The preliminary design, detailed design phase of one central park will be
analyzed. The production phases, system test of one central park will be investigated and
provided. The validation process of one central park design will be examined and provided. The
human factors will be studied. The infrastructure design aspects of one central park will be
studied. Suitable recommendations will be made finally.
2. Preliminary Design
In general, the preliminary design is the initial process of design .The preliminary design of one
central park is designed based on the architecture development
The preliminary design of the building construction includes analysis of projects site in Building
conditions, design performance and design modification. It provides the coordination of the
project team like (interior designer, contractor, equipment, and supplier).
The system architecture of one central park is supported by the requirements of customers and
use cases. In the preliminary design of one central park, the relevant documents of the design
interface, the relationship diagrams and the architecture documents of one central park are
included in the design .As many factors are included, the design of central park is presented with
better visual representation The floor plan of central park is initially to improve architecture
development and ensuring that it prevent from issues. Later, if additional research is needed, it
could also be taken and improve central park.
The development team of analysts clearly studied the available requirements regarding the
mission and generate an operations concept for the design. This mainly includes timeline for the

entire mission events at regular intervals, the kinds of computational methods that are involved,
and exact operational situations (Frearson, 2017)
The basic Requirements are defined and analyzed. The analyses of the requirement to develop
preliminary design of central park are recorded in the SOC (system and operations concept. The
relevant document of the design interface are assessed in the system concept review (SCR).
When requirements analysis of the design concept is over, the development team of central park
makes a report which has the summary requirement analysis as a foundation for the preliminary
design. The phase of requirement analysis is ended with SSR (System specifications review).
The specifications are clearly made and the team of development clearly defines the architecture
to the requirements. Interfaces of the design are created both internally and externally. The
specifications are provided and the high range of functions are provided.
The preliminary design of central park concludes in the central park’s preliminary design review.
In the preliminary design concept, the development team of central park provided the design for
evaluation part (Dibbs, 2017).
3. Detailed Design
Detailed design phase of the ONE CENTRAL PARK building is described below .The
architecture is extended by the development group and it clearly defined in preliminary design
down to the unit level .The successive refinement methods elaborate the preliminary design to
yield good specification for the building construction .All formalism for the design are formed
and included in the following types.

Object oriented or functional design diagrams of the one central park
Description of the use requirements. Operational procedures
Procedural and functional description of every unit in central park
(ArchitectureAU, 2017).
The design plan of the detailed design document forms the basis for implementation. The
CDR (Critical Design Review), determines this design phase of central park. The detail design is
examined to define the levels of detailed design of one central park. The developers form
numerous subsystems concurrently used standard components of the building construction. The
team continually checks every subsystems as new modules (Eastern and Central Europe, 2010).
The components used during the constructing life of central park are correctly designed and
integrated to further more detailed design that attracts millions of people till now. The
components of the building construction are designed and integrated into design of the
executable subsystem .The procedure of combining these subsystems design into systems design
are defined in an implementation strategy that is arranged through development managers during
the detailed design phase. In the preliminary design phase, developers estimated the main
components design to define whether they can be modified or reused. But in the case of detailed
design phase, single units from the reuse library are tested and examined (Rafiei and Adeli,
2016).
The building design got changed in the detailed design phase, but do not modify or
update design methods in preliminary design report. The design review and inspection are
displayed during preliminary design phase as well as in the detailed design phase. Because,
various units are designed in the each and every phase
.When a unit of central park design is evaluated and certified at the time of initial
(preliminary) phase, there is no need for estimating the same design again in the detailed design
phase. The preliminary design phase presents the high level design of the system design and it
provides the basis for the detailed design of the central park construction (Construction, 2017).

4. Production Phases
Planning:
The building construction is planned initially in the production phase. The contract
documentation for the construction of central park is produced as well as signed. The architect
generally resolves many points which are undecided to meet the project plan (Harmer and
Taylor, n.d.) .The contractor plans the work programmed that shows milestones and the net
period of work. The fundamental milestone involves taking control of the project dates during
the contract lifetime and sites (Construction and Building MATERIALS, 2001).
Contract phase:
Contractor of the project is anticipated to sign the documents at the planning stage which
involves the following
1. Contract copy
2. Quantity bill
3. Drawing register
4. Set of drawing related to the construction
5. Identifications
6. Diary for the sites and related report formation
Functions of sites:
The construction site is handed over to the contractors. The construction contractors must inform
the requirements of the production and if there occurs any impacts on the environment, it needs
to be consider (Skyscrapercenter.com, 2017). The duty of the contractor at the site operations is
to act in a way which shows care and conscientiousness. The diary for the site involves the data
on
1. The conditions of the climate
2. Materials which is delivered to the site
3. Improvement of work
4. visitant on the construction site
As the construction of the building begins to get shape, contractor handed over the construction
of the building to the user. The problems related to the construction work is examined and got
the solution for the issue .At the completion stage, the building contractor completes the
construction work in an effective manner and the contractor has no answerability for the building
insurance.

5. System test
The system tester clearly understands the faults in the design construction and compares it
with standards design construction and produce greater results. During the system testing stage,
the development group certifies the combined system via end to end capabilities based to the
system test plan .This plan originated on the user desires, requirements and specifications
document. The structural system testing is an important part of the building construction,
whether it can verify individual materials or it can verify that the components used for the
construction of one central park are suitable for existing building structures (S. Pampanin, 2012).
This testing for the central park design might be done to recognize the standards to establish
customized performance and adequate performance. The customized performance of the new
yields are shown during development prior to product promotion and launch. At every design
phase of the implementation and execution, the results of the system design are analyzed for the
central park by system testing. This testing validated that an existing construction could continue
to meet modern values of standards after a change of practice and use .The system testing is
completed for central park while entire tests identified and specified in the system test plan that
have been run successfully (Taylor & Francis, 2017).
6. Evaluation
The design process evaluation is more useful that it is beneficial and can detect the faults
at the earlier stage. It reduces the cost of error detection. Evaluation of central park design at the
earlier stage, reduced the critical issues. The development team clearly examined the issues
critically and developed finer results to get rid of problems. The objective of constructing a
conscious building is achieved by following the requirements (Heerwagen and Zagreus, 2017).
To check the effectiveness and the development team members addressed the following
questions.
Whether the design uses the relevant techniques for handling the faults and to prevent
failures?
Whether the solution of the design matches the actual requirements?

7. Validation Processes
Effective process validation contributes significantly assures the quality of building .There
are basic principles for assuring quality (Ministry of Business, 2017).
The design of the validation power provides professional judgment in building central park.
Few crucial considerations include
Earlier evidence
Design topographies (Behling et al., n.d.)
Design features that are necessary for satisfying general requirements
Feasibility, durability of particular design structures (Mehta, Scarborough and Armpriest,
2008)
8. Human Factors
In the designing process, the human factors are considered as the major significant. There are
many proofs that the changes in weather condition during construction phase produce important
effects on several features of life. In the field of built-environment, regulatory demands
depressing the environmental challenges, social and economic sustainability .The objectives are
given the preference across resident well-being, satisfaction and comfort. It has an effect on
architectural work formulation. It connects the physical needs and the user and connection in
traditions and customs. It directs affects the production and work efficiency (Korteco.com,
2017).
