Summary In this paper, we will take a case study for analysing the result
of deviation from following the ethical code of conduct by the
professional engineer of the firm. The One Tel organisation had
faced a failure in the deployment of Information technology in
its working curriculum of the enterprise. The professional
behaviour of the employees get affected due to the management
issues of the enterprise. The re-examination of the case study
helps in analysing that the reason of failure was the deviation
from the ACS code of ethical conduct.
Introduction The deployment of the professional code of ethics in the
working culture of the enterprise helps in setting priorities in the
processing activities undertaken which results in the smooth
functioning of the business operation, managing competency
between various engineering group of the enterprise, helps in
exploring the concept of honesty and loyalty among the working
employees towards their professional development, and many
others. The ethical issues which exist between the working
employees should be resolved before the occurrence of the
problem [1]. The ethical code of conduct helps in providing
smooth flow of operation which helps in increasing the
profitability of the enterprise [2].
Analysis of the case The One Tel organization is an Australian company which deals
with the information technology. The One Tel organisation had
faced a failure in the deployment of Information technology in
its working curriculum of the enterprise. The professional
behaviour of the employees get affected due to the management
issues of the enterprise. The re-examination of the case study
helps in analysing that the reason of failure was the deviation
from the ACS code of ethical conduct. The billing system of the
company got a failure in the implementation of the IT system

placed by the accountant for the implementation. He had not
provided any information related to the processes, structure, and
control. The financial controller of the enterprise faces the
problem in designing the IT system for the billing section and
treated the unethical behaviour of the accountant towards his

avoiding:
Failure in the setting of priorities: The sustainability of the
enterprise can be achieved by giving significant advantage to the
complexity of the management program. The emphasis should
be given on motivating the leadership quality in the participants
which helps in resolving the issues related with the working of
the other employees.
Deployment of competency program: The program of
competency helps in minimizing the negligence placed by the
employees in their work. They will provide the best quality
work.
Honesty: The honesty should be followed by the employees in
admitting their errors during the working program of the
enterprise.
Social issues which exist among the employees should be
resolved because it can create the environment of conflict and
chaos among them. The inaccuracy in the billing of the payment
can create the feeling of anger in the working employees.
Conclusion From the analysis of the One Tel company, we concluded that
the application of the code of ethics in the working behaviour of
the employees helps in resolving the chance of failure of the
undertaken project. The deployment of the ACS code of ethics

is helpful in handling chaotic behaviour of the employees. The
ethical session of the enterprise helps in providing information
and training to the employees to follow laws of ethical code of
conduct for achieving the ultimate goal of the business. The re-
examination of the case study helps in analysing that the reason

conduct. The association of the priorities with the undertaken
working activities helps in achieving the task with ease without
any distraction among the working employees.
