1. Challenges encountered during designing e-business website
While designing the e-business website for “OneStop” shoe store, I have identified
several challenges that are elaborated below:
Navigational structure: Navigational stricture is considered as one of the significant
aspect of a website and as the website is dependent on excellent navigational structure, I have
tried my best to provide proper navigational structure to the users for avoiding any type of issue
related with navigational feature.
Position of content: Positioning of the content is considered as another prominent
aspect. While designing the website structure, I have found that is quite difficult to put the
overall content in such a manner that it readable. However, I have put the content properly which
enhances easy reading.
Compatibility with browsers: With the introduction of different types of browsers, I
have faced challenges in building the website which is compatible with all the browsers. After
successfully designing the website, I have tested all the browsers properly in order to make sure
that the website is functioning properly.
Website accessibility: It is identified that a website is generally designed for the people
or users irrespective of location, culture, language as well as physical and mental ability.
However, one of the major problems that I have faces while designing the website is in
increasing the accessibility of the website. It is one of the important tasks before the designer to
ensure that the website is not only assessable from different parts of the world but also the
features of the entire website are totally functional.

List and explain the resources
During the development of an online website for OneStop shoe store I have searched for
different valuable resources. There are many successful existing online websites available in the
market; however, the first thing which I had to keep in mind is about the accessibility and
security of the website. Before the development of the website I have gone through vast research
rather I have surveyed many literatures even after commencing the website development. I have
learned that content management software is one of the most important things that should have to
be considered during the development.
For developing a valuable, easy accessible and secured online website for the consumers
the four main resources that I had to consider are the financial resources, human resources,
educational resources and physical resources. For the development of this particular website I
have used “WIX “, the website builder. In order to create dynamic pages, repeating layouts, and
for the setup of database, this particular website builder is very much helpful. For understanding
the details of online marketing competition and in depth knowledge about physical benefits I
have compared many other already existing websites as well. I have used the fundamental of
educational resources and the professional association trades for the development of the
Ecommerce website. In addition to this, I have also investigated the local chamber of commerce
and operational abilities of the Small Business Administrations. Apart from the educational
resources I have also learned and analyzed different Physical resources including the proper
workspace, working telephone lines, effectual marketing materials, adequate information system
etc.
