The company, Online Advertisers was established with the vision of its founders that
they would be able to progress intellectually in the web field. Matthew, the co- founder of the
company Online Advertisers have taken steps in order to maintain the brand name of the
company since its inception. After some three weeks, Dresden, a strategist of the firm and
Matthew devised a value proposition for the development of the firm in the market. While
devising the value proposition, they faced a series of difficulties, which has helped in the proper
identification of the different factors of the change in the market. The value proposition that
was created by the company has helped in making the company more attractive to the clients.
However, there are issues faced by the company relating to the formulation of the value
proposition due to incapability of the company in the metrics and the analytics of the
organization. The problem is based on the fact that the company has no tried and tested means
of determining the analytics and the metrics of the organization. It has affected the value
proposition of the organization in the market.
Purpose/Objective
Short-term goal: The short-term goal of the organization is based on the possible steps that the
organization can take in order to attract the attention of the customers. It will be helping the
organization in making significant improvements in the market.
Long-term goal: The organization has taken steps for bringing in improvements in the analytics
and the metrics for retaining the customer through the services that are offered. It will be helping
the organization in sustaining in the markets
