BOOKING SYSTEM:
Abstract:
As technology is getting advanced, the way of booking any type of services online is getting
easier. All the bookings are possible and in some cases like in restaurant booking or any flights
booking the company also offer customers attractive discounts which help in increment of the
sales in a particular enterprise whose booking system is established. So this booking system
provides an easy and time-saving procedure for advance booking of the services.
Introduction:
The booking system is a very advanced and effective technology which is helpful for both
customers as well as for enterprise. As the online booking system helps the organization to keep
the record of all customers that are reserving the vacancies and according to the number of
customers organization can provide different offers in order to catch more attention of the
customers. Customers can also save time by not queuing for long hours for booking any service.
Motivation:
The motive to create these booking systems is used so that the time which a customer wastes for
waiting on the long queue can be avoided. Also, it is beneficial for the organization as well, as
the organization can provide catchy offers in order to attract more and more customers to
enhance the sale.

Harddisk: 80 GB, RAM: 512 MB,
Processor: Intel i3 5 generation
Software Requirement:
The language used: Java, Python
Functions:
 The main function is to save time for the customers who wait in the long queue.
 Also, organizations also have the benefit of keeping a record of all the customers and also
more sale can be increased by providing many offers.
User Requirements:

The user requirement for creating any booking system is an operating system and can be made
on any of the platforms which include Linux, OS etc.
Inherent complexities and challenges:
Challenges that may occur while creating this system is that the code can be complex as many
functions are added also payment facility can become a problem if not mentioned in the code
clearly.

queue and then booking of any service that might be any transport service or restaurant service.
This system code should be created with an experienced developer so as to avoid any type of
errors in case of payments or in any facility for the customers. This system also helps enterprises
to keep a record of every booking online and easy alterations can be done online.
