INTRODUCTION
Online communication is defined as type of communication between either organizations
or individuals which occurs on internet. This refers to different ways for example social
networking sites and e-mails in that computers and people can communicate with each other with
the help of networked computer. This assignment will mainly focus on unit and course goals of
individual.
MAIN BODY

Online communication requires different skills and knowledge of language which is
required to interact with anyone. My language is every good as I can speak English very
effectively which is needed in order to communicate with other individual online. Study skills
are those which person needs to enable to study as well as learn efficiently which is very
important to learn how to communicate. As whenever I meet new individuals I try to interact
with them in an effective way which gives positive results. My writing skills are very good that
also help me to communicate online through e-mails. Knowing language is very important to
interact with other person because this only bridge to share thoughts and feelings. Every time I
communicate online I ensure that person should understand my thoughts and ideas which I want
to explain.

Online communication requires more flexibility to individuals. Online degree programs
and different courses which are available online, with help of communication people can learn
different skills and gain knowledge in different areas. My knowledge regarding online
communication is good, this makes me quick learner. Cognition refers to processes of reason and
thoughts which is clearly central business of the learning. My thought process is good to learn
different skills and this makes me effective learner in any area communication. But still there are
some skills which I lack to improve that I make efforts in order to perform better. Social learning
is very essential for human being. If person wants to live in a particular society he has to
socialize with people. My socializing skills are every good, I can make people comfortable
around me as well as initiating conversation is not a problem for me. I have good knowledge of
English language which make me more comfortable.

Goals are very important to set any kind of target which individual want to achieve with
certain expectations and deadlines. These goals will help to resolve and identify potential
misunderstanding all along way and ensure that everybody is on right track. As I want to
improve my written skills that will help me in effective communication. Adding written skills
improvement can better my writing ability which is very important in order to communicate with
different people through e-mail. A good writing skill is one of important things which everyone
should improve, this online course can make my communication better and I can write and ideas
and thoughts which will help to express my feelings regarding any topic.

Improving skills which person is lacking can benefit in communication as person will
able to communicate perfectly with different people. In this world communicating with
individuals is very essential to express oneself. As I want to better my convincing ability which
plays a major role in learning, with the help of particular skill I will be able interact with people
in a good way. This plays a major role in communication if convincing ability will be good it
will automatically more better communication. My convincing ability is not so good as I want
due to this sometimes I will not able to interact people. Adding this to course will help me in
future as I can improve my convincing skill. This type of learning helps in every area of
communication. It will also help in future to communicators people online regarding any kind of
educational or professional purpose.
CONCLUSION
According to above report it has been concluded that online communication is important
component which requires different types of learning with that person has to be perfect. There
are different areas with that particular person is expert and this makes more easy to learn other
deficiency skills. There should be some unit goals to improve the effective learning about
communication which makes person's online communication more better. Adding skills to
course goals will help to individuals improve convincing skills that will also benefit in future.
