workforce intensifying demand to trained periodically for developing a digital economy. The
online education will be on track to become mainstream in 2025. Nation level factors impact
the quality and quantity of online education. There are many factors included like a business,
local government, federal levels, national laws, and the digital divide. Online learning
consists of courses offered by institutes of postsecondary (Rivers, Rivers, and Hazell, 2015).
These institutes are 100 percent virtual that excludes massively open online courses. Online
education is offered on the internet. The following discussion will cover the trends and
challenges of online education. Alternatives and most viable solutions, for managers and a
feasible action plan and predicting consequences, have been discussed in the report.

Campus Distractions
When a student gets an education online, his or her homework area is his or her campus.
Whether a student at a restaurant hooked up to the open Wi-Fi (Marshall 2013), or in a spare
bedroom at home, this zone is now his or her campus. Here distraction is a big challenge to

Technological Reliance

life and they not forced to hard work. Online education generates a gape of understanding of
tutor instructions in a similar way. This has been identified with the group that there are also

Online education generates a personal touch and connects learners to feel like part of a
community of a scholar. Activities like blackboard discussions are more appropriate to
