INTRODUCTION
An innovation in the learning process plays an important part in improving the practices
or it also helps in introducing new practices for carrying out the learning. It is a very important
concept as it helps in bringing creativity at the workplace which facilitates the organization to
achieve the goal in a effective manner (McClements and et.al., 2021). On the other hand,
technology also plays an important role in improving the productivity in the course of actions. In
this report, there will be discussion on the educational programs that has been introduced by an
organization in relation to the sea life. That program will include fishes, water-based mammals
etc. Opportunities and challenges of the educational program will be analysed. In order to carry
out this PESTLE analysis will be undertaken into the account. After that there will be evaluation
of the future technology that can be implemented in the project. At the end of the report, market
oriented solution will be undertaken in order to solve the problem.

will carry business in a online way to attract visitors toward their sea life programs. As they want
to attract large number of people and students through which they can increase the knowledge of

opportunities can be analysed by implementation of the Pestle analysis that are as follows:
Political factors: These factors are those which includes the interaction and interference
of the government with the business activities. It includes several components with it
such as corporate tax, fiscal policies, rules and regulations etc. (Visvizi and et.al., 2018).
It becomes important for the organization to comply with all the rules and policies so that
they can become able to carry out the operational activities smoothly. In relation to the
organization taken in this report, they are planning to provide online educational
environments to the visitors so that they can get the experience of sea life from their

elements with it such as interest rates, employment rates, inflation, exchange rate etc. in

beneficial for the organisation as it will help them to generate more revenues in the

Social factors: It can be stated as one of the most challenges factors which means that
