The client profile includes all age grouped persons who can use the website and people or users
of any category like vegetarian or non-vegetarian can use this website for ordering food. Food
can be categorized in different category like desserts, main course, starters, etc so the user can
order any type of food which he wishes.
Operations
There are few operations that the website includes and these operations include the online
ordering of the food by the customers, online payments of the ordered food, tracking operation is
also added in order to track the food item. Different ratings of every restaurant to help the
customers for selecting the best restaurant with an efficient cost according to the customer. The
user also has an option to add the food item in their cart and a wish list option is also provided.
Purpose
The main purpose of creating this website is to enhance the use of technology by providing great
services with quality to the customers. The customer can order the food by sitting back at their
home and get their favorite food anytime and anywhere. The services of the organization by
creating this website can remain open 24 hrs and this can help the company in increment of the
sales of the company and provide the benefit to the company. Moreover, the customer can order
the food at any time even in late nights by using the website. The customer has more options to
choose and explore other items of different restaurants without actually physically going there.
The time and energy of the customer can be saved by using the website and ultimately increase

benefits to the company and helps the company to market and publicize the company online as
the use of internet has increased so this is the best way to market the company by creating the
website. This website increases the number of the user which can be beneficial to the restaurant
and for customers, this website plays an important and effective way to use the technology.
Exclusions
There is some exclusion of the website which is not included in the created website which is the
proper tracking of the order service is still not provided in the website only a status can be texted
or mailed to the customer. The not proper track can be possible on this website.
Improvisations
The payment method can be improved by adding more options of paying like through credit card
and master card or more other options of the payment.
In this website, there will be only one restaurant but the improvisation can be added by adding
more restaurants and register them on the website so that customer can choose among multiple
restaurants.
The whole website is created on the word press and there are different features of the word press
that includes multiple styles of pages, Social sharing feature, Customization of different themes
to enhance the quality,etc.
