INTRODUCTION

a new online travel company named Go Crazy. The company is providing booking services
which are online available for their customers. This report is associated with application of
PRINCE-2 Model and roles and responsibilities of self competence.

resources are inculcated and effective team is made by manager. On the other hand under

proficiency held. Initiating the project: After delegation of roles and responsibilities a project plan is
created in which various dimensions are added such as time, cost, quality, risk and
benefits within each and every stage. Controlling: The project is requisite to be divided into tiny parts so that to gain efficacy
in the project and on the other hand within this process all the activities of the project in

During this project I was part of project team which is helpful for me in increasing my

coordination with team members. I undertaken various activities which helped me to learn
numerous skills such as leading personnel by which I got to learn regarding abilities through that
project management can easily be executed along with attaining high efficacy. On the other hand
I learnt regarding effective communication skills in which high efficacy can be received in
making proper flow of information. This project helped me to use skills of team mates in such a
way that smooth flow of information can be executed (Knipfer, C. and et. al., 2019).
There are so many aspects in which I have undertaken sufficiency such as my analytical
and critical thinking skills which helped me in framing effective decisions within project.
Somehow I managed stress management skills in which I managed various problem which was
faced during my project tenure. This helped me in managing stress levels at various stages so
assisted me in managing risk constraints. The project was successfully managed by me using
various resources and those assisted me through out the project in order to Finish the same on
deadline. With the help of application of PRINCE 2 approach desired outcomes was
accomplished within project and this is useful in attaining overall efficiency. Recommendations
are the part which is helpful in completing the project along with delegating roles and
responsibilities in equability manner. On the other hand for by delegating roles and
responsibilities in prominent manner and this guides the project to get completed on appropriate
time. At the same time team leaders can review work of others so that an improvements can be
executed in order to achieve high efficiency in project. Besides this democratic leadership style
can be adopted for inculcating views of team members in decision making and to attain high
quality in final judgement so that to enhance quality in results. I can improvise my skills so that
to manage time and to complete the project in given time frame. In order to attain overall
efficacy this is imperative that all the activities are taken care and loop holes are found out by
which modifications can be easily exerted (Tuttle, 2018).
In this project I undertaken various risk which was inhaled by me during initiation of the
project. These risks are insufficient resources, ineffective communication, poor performance of
individual, miscommunication of understanding passed information, formation of error full team
and many more. One of the prominent problem was availability of less effective team members
due to this identification of risk was a major task as people are not having adequate knowledge.
