that there are various business organizations that do not understand the overall benefits that
online business can impact upon them (Gabriel, Ogbuiwe and Ahiauzu 2016). The
communication within the organizations are absolutely benefitted by the e-business processes
as they have the potential of offering emails and other electronic forms for communicating,
which are identified to be one of the most convenient forms of communications. Many
organizations fail to understand the total functioning of an entire business system established
online (Biagi and Falk 2017). Therefore, it is understandable that various points of online
business and their benefits are still not understood by the business organizations. Therefore,
even if they accept the changes and implement e-business processes, there are chances that
they might not utilize the benefits fully.

customers to get and access over the products offered by the business without having to leave
their country for buying a piece of jewellery. Rather they would be having total control over
the viewing and buying of their desired product available entirely online to view or order
from.
