INTRODUCTION
The pandemic has been proven drastic for world. The certain adjustment and changes has been
made in every sector due to the pandemic. Education department is one of the sector from all the
sectors that has faced the certain changes due to COVID (Adnan and Anwar 2020). Due to lock
down the universities and schools started giving online lectures to the students. The scenario of
online classes has been proven positive and negative as well for the students. This report will
illustrate the advantages and disadvantages of the online learning. As it has been known that
every aspect is filled up with the positive and negative element. Same goes with the application
of online learning due to the pandemic. The report will describe every element in detail that will
be efficient enough in proving the points related to the advantages and disadvantages of online
learning. Lastly, the report will show the reflection of self learning.
ONLINE LEARNING DURING COVID-19
The pace of learning is directly changed with respect to the pandemic covid-19 and it brought
about and evaluation in regard to the educational prospect. There is a kind of difference that is
oriented with respect to various student personification as well as considerations while dealing
with the educational point of view. The virtual learning has become one of the popular measured
during covid-19 which is said to be living a remarkable criteria in dealing with her for the

understanding power of people where they are likely not be able to deal with the essence of
learning it from physical orientation. There has been an entirely new face of dealing with the
spectacular approaches where children were made to understand the computerized learning
processes. It is not just a small task to accomplish but it has brought about a deliverance in
knowledge as well as commitment that is being put forth with respect to children. There are
several advantages as well as disadvantages that are oriented with online learning where the
universities usually delivered their classes. The impact of covid-19 has made people get and
crossed where the comfortable standards that made them to not worry about things that are

and providing recordings and videos to the learners. Due to COVID, the safety of the people has
been taken as major priority by the government. Therefore, the shift towards the online classes
has been made by the school and universities. This opened up various platform for the students

in enhancing their learning and within this, it also affected the learning process of the student. As
the online classes enabled the students to adopt the skills of note taking and understanding it by
their own. This increases the self-esteem of the students. On the other hand, it has consumed
large number of time for the completion of the topics (Dhawan, 2020). Along with this, the
students become more aware in relation of the various kind of study skills that are required for
the learning. The cheating prevention during online learning is one of the hard task. Thus, there
are certain advantages and disadvantages of the online learning. In order to understand this with

Advantages and disadvantages of online learning:
Better time management: online learning has brought about a varied place where people usually
have pursued a better time management facility. This is one of the biggest advantage because
few people might not be able to cope up with the circumstances that are happening on a domestic
household basis and this online learning paved way for an entirely you beneficial aspect where
they can review things that are to be learnt. This online learning will also help them to get into
exploring things that are necessary for them to inculcate. This learning can also bring about
variable opportunities for people that are usually looking for things to sharpen their career.

being understood (De Paepe and et.al, 2018). Here most of the concentration is being put forth
with respect to the individuals and there will be a kind of self-motivation with the fact that their
learning something on their own basis. This can also event really bring about a strength that is
oriented with internal analysis where people can demonstrate their own understanding regarding
the subject. They can also develop a potential of understanding things that are pertaining with

knowledge that can be useful for driving opportunities.
Improve collaboration: the online learning although doesn't have any physical communication
yet it brings about a virtual collaboration that will help people to identify their page and they can
also collaborate with the respect to learning things on whole. In this regard the critical leadership
skills can be acknowledged and also efficient processes can be created with respect to decision
making criteria. An entirely new way of communicating practices can therefore be put forth and
in-person knowledge can be generated electronically. This makes a person strong and can also
stay motivated with respect to the decision-making policies which are necessary to be inculcated.

Technology issues: most of the disadvantages with respect to online learning category will have
to deal with the technological issues. Not every people are from the main portion of the city and
there are also people that are belonging to the remote areas in the city where there is no proper
network that is oriented (Djalilova, 2020). This will bring about fluctuations in their network and
they will have a dysconnectivity towards learning processes. This can also make them to stay
disconnected with the fact that they are learning in online platforms which is one of the biggest
disadvantage with online learning processes.
Inability to focus over the screens: while dealing with an online study it is a fact that people will
have to stay attached to their monitors as well screens which is one of the and healthy habits for
learning processes. Not many people are prone to sit for long hours in front of screens and
therefore this will be returned as biggest disadvantage in terms of online learning process that
would eventually impact health of people around. Many people are not so much attentive
towards online learning only because of the fact that they are not completely focusing upon the
visual that are being displayed which is one of the important criteria to be highlighted.
Lack of concentration: lack of concentration is one of the appropriate means of deriving the
online education for many students around. People are very much familiar about their point of
comfort and therefore they are not really ready to concentrate over the choices because it can be
learnt over and over again. These options that were provided by online platforms has brought
about a mind set where there is a lack of concentration that is seen amidst of students
(Axmedova and Kenjayeva, 2021). This would eventually deteriorate the power with which
people usually incorporate the subject and their experience towards learning will entirely take a u
turn towards another level. This is one of the biggest disadvantage with respect to online learning
where people will get habituated to many other criteria and would not even really deal with

Lack of communication: communication is necessary in order to make sure that people
understand from the depth of times where they will have to go through this subject. During
covid-19 people were prohibited from meeting one another there is a lack of communication that
has affected education system. The online classes although provider platform for people to get
through these circumstances and gather the point where the things that there is no proper
communication that is brought forth with respect to understanding subject. An environment that
is created over and cheese people that are willing to learn things is no more fun than that has

been one of the major disadvantages during covid-19 (Elayan, 2021). A bitter experience in this
regard is brought forth with respect to lack of communication there most of the things are not on
this road on a proper basis.
Education for people who cannot afford: while dealing with the advantages of online learning
most of the people got benefited from the online teaching prospects are the ones that are not
economically stable and this has helped them to attain proper guidance through which they have
incorporate their standard and completed their university level education. This has become one
of the experience where people were able to learn things that are belonging to their interest.
There are several reasons that have benefited people with respect to online teaching prospects
where they would eventually have to deal with their on space and learn things accurately.
SECTION 2: SELF EVALUATION
There were several challenges that were faced while dealing with the research in my regard
during the course of understanding and taking a valuable points into consideration (Kanatova and
Tairova, 2021). This research is oriented with the primary as well as the secondary orientation
and therefore it took me a lot of time in order to gather certain points yet there is a general
understanding of the entire subject. Few of the challenges that I faced while carry forwarding this
research are as follows:
Time management: time management was a biggest challenge in understanding the things while
being able to cope up with my daily routine and the things that I will have to manage. While
dealing with the research I was incorporated with the primary as well as the secondary sources
that allowed me to sit and spend certain amount of time that was properly managed based on my
to do list.
Difficulty in starting research: there were mixed emotions while dealing with this research
particular while bringing forth the pandemic as well as the knowledge that is put forth into on-
line learning processes (Syman and et.al, 2021). There was a difficulty that was being faced
while starting the research because I did not even really know where to start with. Therefore I
started taking part in imbibing standard and also the right amount of knowledge that is oriented
with the primary as well as the secondary sources and therefore finally I took initiation at a point
where I can actually start the entire research.
Communication with advisor: while dealing with the research it is the necessary that
communication will have to be fostered in the right possible way. The communication issues are

the major challenge and it can also be put forth with respect to how far people can be able to
discuss over the choices of research (Al Rawashdeh and et.al, 2021). I eventually face
communication as one of the biggest challenge because there was not much contact between me
and the advisor during the pandemic and therefore I have to deal with the extra weight and
measures in order to get in touch such that I could gather certain valuable points that are to be
put forth into research.
Learning experience: I get to learn many things are based on this particular research. Things that
are not known to me were unveiled and are also revealed that they got into my knowledge and I
was able to tackle with the circumstances that are to be dealt with research. I have understood
every corner of my research through the knowledge that I have purchased with respect to the
newspaper as well as the internet sources that I was reading such that they have accept me with
the right set of knowledge that I will have to inculcate. Based on the true findings I was able to
understand how far the pandemic has evolved and how the educational sector has been into
revolution.
Things that I have enjoyed during research
The thing that I have enjoyed the most while dealing with research is. I have learned different
faces of how far the pandemic was dead. The various points that could put into researchers as
well as the educational point of view. I have evaluated measures to make sure that the university
level education is not delayed. I have also enjoyed the prospect of dealing with measures that
brought about this statistical analysis of how far the educational point of view has avoid as a
dynamic approach on to the online platforms. I also enjoyed to understand the various
applications. Were down up in order to make sure that students are gathered at one place and
want to deal with the online education criteria. There are various moments to cherish where also
the challenges I have taken help to analyse the fact that I will have to step ahead in terms of
bringing about a strategic orientation and the planning perspective in order to make sure that the
research is properly and hands is one of the better pace that I have been through during this
research. There were many unknown things that are known and very beautiful information is
convert with respect to how far these technological implementations can help me to grow more
in terms of attaining my opportunities as the one of the best faces during this research.

Things learnt in research
The lessons are many during this research. I have learnt that time management is one of the skill
that will have to be inculcated and I will also have to cope up with my routine as usual by not
keeping a delay with respect to the project. Continuous improvement is seen with respect to my
evaluation of the resources that are found on internet as well as the various aspects that brought
about news into existence. I have learnt how to draught statistical data and also bring forth the
excel sheet analysis to make sure that the online applications are all gathered at one place.
Communication is properly and hands during this process where I have learnt to talk to my
advisors and get in touch with him for the sake of understanding the entire analysis. This is
regarded to be one of the finest experience that has a brought about a potential in order to
highlight the aspect of entire research.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that during the pandemic, the shift towards the
online platform by education department is consists of both the factors that is positive and
negative. This has opened up the opportunities for the students in terms of adopting the time
management skills and listening skills for taking notes in online classes. On the other hand, there
was less communication has been done between the guider and the students. As a result, it
affected the learning and understanding capacity of the students. The report has described the
major element that required for online learning. And that is self-motivation. The self-motivation
parameter in the students boost them to make a keen focus over the learning. It does not make a
big difference whether the learning is done at the online or offline platform. The desire and
interest of the students makes the big difference in adopting the online learning environment.
