 Online learning as the name suggest is the education that takes
place over the internet. It is also referred as e-learning, in this
presentation deep analysis on online learning, its positive impact
on
people is evaluated (Kaufmann and Vallade, 2020). During the
pandemic it played a vital role in removing the hurdles that were
keeping public from education. However, it had its own setbacks
which deeply had an adverse effect on lives of general people

What is online
learning?
Online learning is a platform that enables access of education from
any part of the
world via internet. This type of learning aids the student to
study digitally, get
education from any institution they wish to over the internet.
Online education has
reached picks since spread of Covid-19 (Al Mamun, Lawrie and
Wright, 2020).

What are the positives of
online
learning? Online learning has proven to be the most effective tool during
thelockdown which enabled education.
 It emphasizes on literacy among people irrespective of their
age.And also been successful in providing education to
many. Unlike physical presence education institution, it is not effected
by any geographical barrier.
 Students can study from the resource at any point of time, from
theircomfortable location (Dumford, and Miller,
2018)

What are the negatives of
online
learning?Though e-education had been a great impact on
education sector and life of people, it had its
negative impact.
 Since online education takes place wholly on
the internet, people have to use screens,
electronics most of the time which has sever
health issues.
 Online learning restricts education to e-
resources, books reading and exploring has
lost its essence in the process (Urokova,
2020).
 This type of education requires expensive
gadgets and devices which everyone cannot
afford.

Conclusion
 From the above report it can be said that online learning is
basically
an education that is available through internet. It is not effected
by
geographical parameters. It had been incredibly useful during the
pandemic. Since it enabled education from home students could
continue their education. But it had drawback which effected
physical, mental and intellectual state of an individual.
